Inclusive preschool education is becoming more and more important in the field of preschool education.Researches have already proved the importance of the development of special education need children.But in our country,the research of inclusive preschool education has just started,and the experience of practice is not enough,especially in the field of interactive between teachers and special children.So,my study used observational method and interview method.Both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used in the research.The study aimed to describe the present situation of the interactive between teachers and special children,analysis the reasons and make suggestions.The study found that in the inclusive conversation,the interactive between teachers and special children is not balanced,the rights of the special children hasn't been respected.Those reasons mainly lie in three aspects: the teachers,the environment and the children themselves.Research on the status and put forward the corresponding solution measures:cultivate a fusion of high quality teachers' team;creating the acceptance,tolerance integration environment;improving the special children's social skills...
