Inclusive education advocates "equality and respect",which fully guarantees the personal dignity and basic rights of every child.Both ordinary children and special children are equally entitled to the integrated education,without discrimination or ridicule,only love and respect,education and support.Early detection,intervention and treatment are advocated for special children in integrated education,and preschool stage is the key to implement such integrated education for special children.As preschool teachers are the direct implementers of integrated preschool education and their attitudes and related factors will directly affect the whole process of integrated education for special children,clarifying and improving the attitude of preschool teachers will be conducive to the implementation of integrated education for special children,and can effectively promote special children’s development and their integration into society.The purpose of this study is to identify the main influencing factors of preschool teachers’ attitude towards integrated education for special children via review investigation,and on this basis,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 304 preschool teachers,where 5of them were selected for in-depth interviews.By combing the questionnaire report,various influencing factors were analyzed in combination with the difficulties and solutions of preschool teachers.The results show that:(1)Preschool teachers’ understanding on special children is in general degree,accounting for(40.2%);The main types of understanding include speech and language disorder(78.9%),emotion and behavior disorder(78.4%)and learning disorder(77.0%).From the perspective of disorder degree mild disorder(62.5%)is the most acceptable disorder,including learning disorder(24.0%)and speech and language disorder(21.7%).(2)Preschool teachers’ understanding on integrated education is also in general degree,accounting for(41.1%);More than 85% of preschool teachers believe that integrated education can promote progress of both children and teachers;90% of preschool teachers hope to participate in relevant theoretical and practical training to improve themselves and look forward to the implementation of inclusive education.(3)Preschool teachers think that the factors affecting their attitude towards integrated education for special children are social factor(96%),school factor(95%)and own factor(90%).Among them,parents’ ideas and attitudes(97.1%)of social factor have the highest degree of approval,while the recognition of wages and benefits of own factor(90.1%)have the lowest degree of recognition.Based on the research results above,this study suggests:(1)Strengthen teacher training and expand the teaching staff;(2)Improve the hardware and software facilities for schools to carry out integrated education;(3)Build a support system of integrated education with perfect laws and policies,community support and cooperation between parents and ordinary children,and put forward suggestions to improve preschool teachers’ attitude towards integrated education for special children.The above suggestions are expected to provide reference and enlightenment for future researchers and frontline workers.
