Research purposes:in order to improve the quality of shaanxi province juvenile football training and the training level of coaches,the monitoring process,fatigue get environment within the body of the steady state stable,athletes for adolescent athletes exercise fatigue monitoring,provide theoretical basis for young football athlete scientific training,through to the athletes urine test to explore the body metabolism,metabolic differences matter of urine screening and the analysis of metabolic pathways,preliminary explore the metabolic mechanism of juvenile football players after the exercise fatigue.Method:this article through experimental method youth football team in shaanxi province is one of the 12 members as experimental objects,the training state of normal physiological indexes before and after test,and adopts power bicycle for three groups of compound training,with subjective fatigue assessment scale(RPE)is a fatigue criterion,each group were measured at the end of the training of vo2 Max,anaerobic power,average anaerobic power and fatigue index and other indicators;Before and after the movement in the urine samples collected at the same time,the gas phase-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was carried out on the collected urine metabonomics testing,to detect metabolites in order to carry on the principal component(PCA)and orthogonal partial least-squares(OPLS-DA)analysis,through the Kyoto encyclopedia(KEGG)gene and genome database of potential differences metabolites identified,using MetPA data analysis of the related metabolic pathways,the results by using the method of mathematical statistics analysis and records.Results:athletes after exercise compared with the quiet,the heart rate after exercise,the blood elevated systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure is reduced,the body oxygen saturation reduce after exercise.Comparison between aerobic power bicycle vo2 Max group no significant difference;Compared with group 1 at the end of,at the end of the third group of anaerobic power and maximum average anaerobic power was significantly decreased(p<0.05).Urine sample GC-MS method to detect the 635 metabolites,and through the analysis of the PCA and OPLS-DA KEGG corresponding match,the final selection to 25 eligible differences metabolites(3 write 22 left),after dealing with the data filter material metabolic differences:oxalic acid,Sue sugar alcohols,hydroxylamine,glycolic acid,valine,xylose,hydroxy valeric acid,glucose lactone,3-hydroxy-3 methyl-glutaric acid,threonine,quinolinic acid,nucleic acid,creatine,citric acid,diethanolamine,gentian disaccharide,p-hydroxy benzoic acid,amino benzene dicarboxylic acid,succinic acid,sorbitol,creatine,focal Bang of hydroxy benzene acetic acid,acid,uric acid,glutaric acid,etc.These differences metabolites involves five metabolic pathways,in turn,is:glycine,serine and threonine metabolism,the Krebs cycle,tyrosine metabolism,nitrogen metabolism and glycerol phospholipid metabolism.Conclusion:(1)compared with conventional biochemical detection,metabonomics technology can be more scientific,reasonable and comprehensive analysis of juvenile football players is the body's metabolism,metabonomics technology can be for football training play a role in monitoring,metabonomics technology method than the conventional detection more accurate,physiological and biochemical indexes of the athlete has a lot to help the body of the microcosmic monitoring.(2)of shaanxi youth football players in the aerobic and anaerobic composite in sports training,the young football players tired after anaerobic capacity decreased significantly;In addition,the movement after the athletes' physiological changes have taken place in the body metabolism,its homeostasis in the body is broken,reduced efficiency on energy metabolism,which displays in:amino acid metabolism in the enhancement of the blood's ability to transport oxygen in weakening,the body's antioxidant capacity in reducing,broke the nitrogen balance factor of normal human body,and nervous system excitability in improving,the body produces a state of fatigue,athletes metabolic mechanism of exercise-induced fatigue is mainly related to amino acid metabolism and energy metabolism disorders.
