The 19 th Congress of the Party proposed to speed up the building of a “powerful nation of the sea.” It can be seen that China has gradually realized the importance of the ocean,and continuously improved the strategic position of the ocean and vigorously developed the marine economy.It is indispensable for China to develop its marine businesses,specialized marine education,and professional marine talents.However,marine general education and enhancement of the marine awareness of the general public cannot be overlooked,because the promotion of marine awareness of the general public is a strategic goal for the realization of "a powerful ocean nation." The ideological foundation is a intrinsic driving force for China to develop its maritime power.However,our country's citizens still have a large gap with other maritime powers in terms of marine awareness.In order to build our country into a maritime power and narrow the gap with other countries,we have continue to strengthen marine education,gradually raise the marine awareness of the people,especially young people,and deliver more talents for the development of the ocean industry.High school students are at an important stage in the formation of world outlook and awareness,so to educate them in time and improve their awareness of the sea is an important foundation for enhancing the people's awareness of the sea.Classroom is an important platform for schools to carry out marine education.The form of teaching organization is also the key to the quality of teaching.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the traditional class teaching system is constantly changing.Under the premise of giving full play to the advantages of the class teaching system,with the optimization of the multimedia and other teaching resources,class teaching has become an important form of marine education.In addition,the classroom is no longer the only way to obtain knowledge of the sea.Some forms of extracurricular teaching organization are also emerging.It can make up for the defects in the marine education under the class teaching system,and give more convenience to the implementation of marine education.In view of the current implementation of marine education in senior high school,this paper analyzes it from the perspective of teaching organization.First of all,it defines the related concepts,including the form of marine education and teaching organization,and summarizes its meaning in this article from the national policy,the history curriculum nature,the respect such as student characteristics analyzed ocean education in high school history teaching the necessity and feasibility of implementation.Secondly,with the help of interviews,questionnaire survey,and chart analysis method,such as analysis of the current Marine education in high schoolhistory teaching in the implementation of the status,indicating the class is under the same Marine education,there are advantages and disadvantages.Finally,in light of the drawbacks of the class,a new exploration was made on the class teaching system and various types of extracurricular teaching organization forms were proposed.Marine education is not accomplished overnight.One model of teaching organization cannot apply for all.Using a variety of teaching organization forms for marine education in high school history teaching also requires teachers and all kinds of efforts to promote the accumulation of students' marine knowledge and increased their awareness of the ocean.
