Preschool physical education is to lay the children’s good physical quality and the initiation of lifelong physical education learning,is the source of the health development of preschool education is not only to build a solid security of kindergarten,and the power of the moral character of teachers’ team also put forward higher requirements.According to the analysis of relevant survey statistics,90% of kindergartens are eager to recruit professional children’s physical education teachers,and in large and medium-sized cities,they are in short supply.At the same time,various children’s training institutions,children’s palace and so on,the demand for specialized preschool physical education teachers also reflects the trend of growth.There are many contradictions between the supply of preschool physical education teachers and the social needs in the teaching structure.The gender ratio of preschool teachers is seriously unbalanced,the age structure is unreasonable,the educational level is low,the theoretical knowledge level is low,and the sports practice ability is insufficient.The demand and supply structure of preschool PE teachers and the curriculum setting of preschool physical education have become the focus of social and media attention.This paper USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method and data analysis method,the selection of jinan 30 public kindergarten(jinan seven area in three counties,respectively from the demonstration,city of province top ten,ten best,a garden,the second,three parks randomly choose a kindergarten,a total of 30 public kindergarten),to the kindergarten and preschool teachers as investigation object,to the situation of physical education teaching of jinan public kindergarten,preschool physical education teachers supply structure and the existing problems,problems such as demand structure and the status quo of preschool physical education teachers to investigate,The following conclusions are drawn:1.In terms of quantity,there are fewer college graduates specializing in kindergarten physical education teachers;The number of kindergarten teachers in the 654 kindergartens in jinan is 1,308,and there is a large gap in the number of PE teachers.2.From the professional and gender perspective,the origin of preschool physical education teachers is mainly based on education professional and education major,and other related majors are supplemented;The proportion of boys and girls in pre-school education is close to1:30.The number of male physical education teachers required by the public kindergartens in jinan is 1,090,and 218 female physical education teachers.The gender difference of kindergarten teachers gradually shows that the proportion of male teachers is increasing.3.From the point of view of education: bachelor’s degree is the kindergarten management degree requirements for physical education teachers,the number of about 742,specialist qualifications demand quantity is about 436,is a graduate degree in 130.In comparison with the number of college graduates in shandong province,it is found that the proportion of junior college education is too large,which is not consistent with the requirement of academic degree.4.In terms of professional skills,the current teaching ability of education graduates is not enough;The theoretical foundation of education is weak.On physical education teachers in kindergarten outdoor sports extension ability more seriously,the corresponding variousprofessional skills need to have a certain universality,demand the physical education teachers to master a variety of professional skills.This is some preschool education and physical education majors in the curriculum teaching goal setting is undeserved,cause the jinan public kindergarten teachers supply chain link.5.Jinan public kindergarten is put forward the optimization strategy of supply and demand in the physical education teachers:(1)to develop work can adapt to the kindergarten sports education talent as the goal,to promote children’s development of sports industry related to use of social resources,to carry out preschool physical education teachers professional training to supply the goal;(2)to carry out the optimization reform of the PE curriculum in pre-school education,and promote the integration of education major and education in pre-school,and open education sports education major for the supply content;(3)to establish universities,vocational training,strengthen the communication with the kindergarten,kindergarten and signed by the competent department of the talent training plan,professional sports and promote preschool education professional integration of resources,the supply of saving the cost of education mode;(4)formed in personnel training,school,society,and kindergarten resources sharing,further standardize preschool physical education talent supply system,encourage the development of the social resources in the field of children’s sports education supply chain;(5)to carry out the supply management of the relevant research on education of children’s sports from carrying out the demand survey of kindergarten physical education teachers;(6)strengthen communication and exchange with kindergartens,timely feedback the supply information,and carry out evaluation methods such as personnel supply satisfaction survey,and timely adjust the training plan.
