Research On The Supply And Demand Of Rural Sports Public Facilities In Shandong Province In The New Countryside Construction

Sport is a sign of social development and progress of human civilization, the level of development of sports is an important manifestation of the comprehensive national strength and the degree of social civilization. The farmers are participants of mass sports, sports facilities are basic guarantee of fitness, in urban and rural development, under the background of building a new socialist countryside, the establishment of new rural public sports resources supply and configuration mode, help expedite and promote rural sports construction and development.The Sixth National Sports Origin census results show that China’s per capita area of 1.46 square meters stadium, less than 1/10 the United States, less than 1/12 of Japan. As a major agricultural province, Shandong Province has a relatively large rural population, although in recent years, Shandong Province, when the steady development of rural sports, but the supply of sports facilities in rural Shandong province still can not meet the needs of the villagers. We hope that through this survey can enrich Shandong Province for the construction of sports facilities in rural areas of content and provide a theoretical basis for the development of rural sports in Shandong Province and the country, and promote the development of Shandong Province Countryside Sports.This article will use literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, field trips and mathematical statistics law of supply and demand surveys Shandong Province towns and natural villages sports public facilities. According to the economic development of Shandong province is divided into eastern, central and western three regions, by random sampling method for the survey area conducted a questionnaire survey, investigation of the current situation and make the development of rural sports, analysis on rural sports public facilities exist in current situation of supply and demand issues, and make recommendations for its problems, provide theoretical and practical foundation for the development of Shandong Province rural sports, the province to promote the development of rural sports.Through the survey results are as follows:First, public sports facilities in rural Shandong province has the problem are less of quantity supplied and kind;Second, the investment of Shandong Province in rural of public sports facilities are shortage, sources of funding are single;Third, construction of public facilities in rural sports unreasonable, management efficiency relatively low;Fourth, there are many factors affecting of the supply of rural sports facilities;Fifth, farmers’ demand for sports public facilities are increasing;Sixth, Rural Sports Public facilities exist outdated facilities, the venue is not standard and other issues.Overall, public sports facilities in rural Shandong province is growing, we hope to promote rural sports development in Shandong Province through research, and finally to develop Shandong Province sports, to enhance the status and the overall strength of Shandong Province.
