Discussion On The Enterprise Management Of University Logistics——Qingdao University

Since the 1980 s,the logistics of most colleges and universities in our country has undergone reforms.The main thrust of the reform is the logistics of colleges and universities and the direction is socialization.After years of reforms,the logistics of colleges and universities has achieved a lot of achievements and gradually developed into Chinese characteristics.The logistic management mode has greatly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of logistic work,and has significantly changed the service level and quality.However,until now,the socialization reform of logistics in colleges and universities has not achieved its ultimate goal.The following problems still remain: The process of university logistics enterprise management is not synchronized with the overall reform of universities;the logistic incentive system is not perfect,which makes it difficult to train excellent talents in logistics;Scientific performance evaluation mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism;there is no mature market competition mechanism,and the monopoly operation in the school market hinders the path choice of logistic enterprise management innovation.The State clearly stated the requirements for the establishment of a modern university system in the Outline of Education Planning promulgated in 2010.The focus of the work is on deepening the reform of the management system within the school.Logistics in colleges and universities is an indispensable part of the higher education system.Supporting the development of colleges and universities is an important driving force,so the reform of logistics in colleges and universities has become the focus of reform.Therefore,the enterprise management of university logistics must be re-planned under the modern university system to find the feasibility of practice,so as to build a "new type of university logistics support system" that is compatible with the actual situation of each school.In view of the current status of university logistics enterprise management,through the analysis of the case of Qingdao University and the new situation and challenge of university logistics development,this paper attempts to deepen the reform of the logistics management system and operation mechanism in colleges and universities;correctly handles the society.The relationship between benefits and economic benefits,and social benefits as the primary starting point and end result,taking into account the development of economic efficiency;government colleges and universities should give logistical support at the policy and funding level,formulate corresponding policies and regulations,and provide enterprise management for university logistics.Create a good policy environment;Accelerate the training of logistics management personnel;Optimize logistic position;Optimize logistics team structure;Introduce competition mechanism,build excellent logistic management team;Establish perfect performance appraisal mechanism and reasonable compensation system to cultivate excellent logistics The team promotes the in-depth development of logistics enterprise management.
