With the development of social economy,education has become the central issue of education development in China.In this paper,we study H university‘s excellent teacher training mode,is to answer these three questions: first is what kind of problems in its training mode? Second,why do we have these problems in its training model? Thirdly,how to resolve them?Based on the teachers' knowledge theory,the teacher professional development theory,through literature research,questionnaire investigation and interview,from the enrollment,curriculum setting,teaching faculty and graduate evaluation to analyzing H university's training mode,this paper argues that the innovation of H university is : first,the macro model of U-G-S collaborative training mechanism for two-way open;Second,the curriculum is set up to insist on research and practice;Thirdly,the teaching style adopts the independent cooperative activity to learn the network mode.At the same time,this paper holds that there are four problems: first,the enrollment way is still falling behind.Second,the curriculum system needs further optimization;third,the role of "double-tutor" needs to be fully played;Fourth,the graduation evaluation mechanism has not been established.Based on in-depth analysis,this paper thinks three reasons: first,the social and economic development is not balanced enough;second,there is a "fragmentation" problem between the state administrative organization and the department level in the national education system.Third is the limitation of H University itself,more training and less the selection,more major courses and less general knowledge,and the subjective setting of the project plan.Finally,this article gives three suggestions for improvement.First,H university should to improve the “U-G-S” model go on;Carry out reform in enrollment as soon as possible;full played the "double tutor",and focus on the development of the evaluation standard for excellent teachers.Secondly,the administrative department of education should strengthen policy guidance,check and management,basic safeguard,etc.Finally,local governments should examine its realities and provide encouragement,support and guarantee into excellent teacher's projects.
