In 2014,the ministry of education issued the “excellent teacher training plan”,which proposed to cultivate high-quality and professional primary and secondary school teachers,and put forward higher requirements for the professional development of teachers.In2018,the " excellent teacher training plan 2.0" was promulgated,which raised the post-service training of outstanding teachers to an unprecedented height,and proposed to "promote the collaborative education mechanism of pre-service training and post-service training,and actively promote the improvement of training objectives,curriculum setting and quality evaluation processes".As the carrier and core of post-service teacher training,curriculum is the key factor for the implementation of "excellent teacher plan" in the post-service training stage,and it is also an important way to promote the professional development of teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance and value to promote the general teachers to become excellent teachers through the establishment of post-service training courses.This study is divided into the following 6 parts:1.Introduction.Explain the background,purpose and significance of this research,and summarize the research status of "Excellent Chemistry Teachers" and "Post-Training Training for Chemistry Teachers".2.Excellent teacher training based on the theory of teacher professional development.Defining core concepts;Based on the theory of teacher professional development,the composition of chemistry teachers' professional quality is clarified,and the stages of teacher professional development are divided according to the development of teacher professional quality,so as to distinguish between ordinary teachers and excellent teachers,and then the cultivation path for general teachers to grow into excellent teachers is put forward.3.Investigation and analysis of the current situation of the professional quality level of high school chemistry teachers.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper makes a preliminary assessment of the professional knowledge,professional skills and professional affection of high school chemistry teachers in sichuan province.4.Investigation and analysis of the current situation and needs of the curriculum setting of high school chemistry teacher training.Through the questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the objectives,contents,structure and evaluation methods of teachers' post-service training courses as well as their needs.5.Post-service training courses for high school chemistry teachers that promote the transformation of general teachers into outstanding teachers.Combining theoretical research and practical survey results,the post-service training courses for high school chemistry teachers that promote general teachers to become outstanding teachers are divided into five stages: novice chemistry teachers,outstanding novice chemistry teachers,competent chemistry teachers,excellent chemistry teachers,and outstanding chemistry teachers.Curriculum,and elaborate the basis and composition of goal setting,the basis and composition of content selection,the principles and methods of implementation,the principles and methods of evaluation,and provide a certain reference for the post-service training and curriculum setting of outstanding chemistry teachers in middle schools.6.Reflection and prospect.Describe the results and deficiencies of this research,as well as the follow-up research directions for outstanding teachers of chemistry and post-service training of chemistry teachers.
