Research On Professional Values ??of College Graduate

University graduates' work values are overall views formed in study and social practice on occupational appraisal,vocational choice and professional orientation,which reflect their beliefs and attitudes on different occupations.In recent years,with the deepening of the market economy,education system and employment system reform,the problem of employment of university graduates is becoming more and more obvious,and the work values play an important role in the employment of university graduates in the process,affecting the occupation orientation,occupation decision-making,application process for employment and job satisfaction etc..It has become an urgent need to cultivate scientific and rational work values of university graduates.Based on previous research methods and theoretical results,through the investigation of the work values of university students in S city along with interview form,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the university students' career choice trends and reasons,and makes an analysis and demonstration of them.From a more scientific perspective,the thesis examines the current situation of university students' work values,and points out some countermeasures to enhance their professional values.In this paper,work values on the basis of theoretical research,through the investigation on the three aspects of university graduates occupation value status,occupation selection and evaluation of the tendency of occupation attitude and choice behavior,and the results were analyzed and summarized five main features:1.The development of the times affects the professional values of university graduates,showing various characteristics: Utilitarianism of career ideals,shortsightedness of career goals,realities of career evaluation standards,diversification of career values and diversification of career choices.2.The change of economic structure,employment system reform,education,occupation guidance out of the market is lagging behind,family values and personal comprehensive ability,which influence the formation of foreign occupation values of college graduates from society,school and family,the influence by personal comprehensive quality ability.3.The vocational values of college graduates reflect the characteristics of the times,the factors that are focused on from security and stability,social status to economic reward,interpersonal relationship and self development,more rational in the course of choosing careers,more emphasis on the realization of self ideal,the reality and concretenzation of career evaluation,and the embodiment of self development and reality.The goal of self-worth is the standard of life.4.There are some differences in the dimensions of career values between male and female college graduates.Men pay more attention to achievement motivation and women pay more attention to safety and stability.The rural university graduates pay more attention to the economic reward,and the urban college graduates pay more attention to the realization of their self-ideal.5.Student cadres and college graduates with internship experience are more aware and adaptable to vocational values during the period of school.
