Discussion On The Social Work Intervention Mode Of Community Care For The Demented Elders

Under the background of the rapid development of aging society,the number of Alzheimer's patients is also increasing,and Alzheimer's disease has become one of the geriatric diseases that needs attention because of its incurability and its huge harm.At present,the care of Alzheimer's patients in China is mainly borne by families and institutions.Although both care models have a certain degree of care advantages,there are also care defects.In recent years,the rapid development of the community care model,the current Mainly used in the care of the elderly.In addition,social work is a profession and career that helps people to help themselves.At the same time,social work is currently in a period of vigorous development.Social service in Guangzhou covers every street and social service is universal.Therefore,to explore the social work intervention model for the community care of Alzheimer patients has certain significance for the care of the group.Based on this,this article focuses on the care problems of Alzheimer's patients,bases on the community,guided by the field theory,bases on the literature and interview methods,through the analysis of the family care model and the care model of the homes,to compare the two advantages and inadequacies,combined with the author's investigation and analysis of the living conditions and service needs of Alzheimer's patients in D Street,explores the social work intervention model for community care of patients with Alzheimer's disease.This paper believes that the social work intervention model for community care of patients with Alzheimer's disease is mainly reflected in the interaction between Alzheimer's patients and various fields in the community care,and through the work content of different roles in social work,to promote the field Inter-competitive exchanges and the realization of capital and the development of habitus.Specifically,social work helps people with Alzheimer's disease acquire resources from other fields and promote interaction with other actors in the field to meet the needs of Alzheimer's patients.
