Group Work Intervention Study On Stress Relief Of Family Caregivers For The Elderly With Alzheimer’s Disease ——Taking Community C Of Jilin City As An Example

For a long time,China has been one of the countries with the largest stock and increment of Alzheimer’s patients in the world.According to statistics,the number of patients with Alzheimer’s disease in the world has exceeded 50 million,including more than 10 million in China,accounting for a quarter of the number of patients in the world.In China,11.4%of the elderly over the age of 80 suffer from Alzheimer’s disease.With the deepening of population aging,this number will rise further.As an incurable disease with irreversible pathology,patients with Alzheimer’s disease need careful long-term care and scientific nursing in addition to normal drug treatment.At present,due to the socio-economic and medical service level in China,it is still impossible to provide complete institutional care and professional care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease.The families of patients undertake almost all the care and service tasks,which is undoubtedly a heavy burden for the families and families of patients.Even in the process of care,the caregiver will gradually become an "invisible patient" who has various psychological problems and needs emotional release.As one of the three professional methods of social work,group work is widely used in different practical fields of social work.Facing the pressure of caregivers,the author tries to intervene and intervene the families of caregivers who are in financial,spiritual and psychological crisis due to caring for their relatives suffering from Alzheimer’s disease from the perspective of "caregiver’s care",guide caregivers to reasonably release pressure and get rid of psychological distress,In order to achieve the dual goals of physical and mental health of caregivers and healthy and sustainable care relationship.In this study,the author not only systematically reflects on how the social support network is constructed in the whole process of group work intervention,how the problems can be solved within the group,and whether the continuous and effective network support can be formed,but also scientifically evaluates the effectiveness of group intervention,It also probes into the mechanism and path of group work to solve the problems of caregivers of patients with Alzheimer’s disease,reflects from the perspective of professional methods,values and ethics,and draws effective conclusions.It provides reference and guidance for the current and future group work methods to intervene in the care of caregivers who need long-term family care,such as Alzheimer’s disease,autism and Parkinson’s disease,and bring heavy pressure and health risks to caregivers.
