Innovation is the key to the development of the country.Cultivation of innovative talents is the core of innovation-driven development strategy.As the highest level of China's higher education,graduate education's task is to cultivate and create innovative high-level specialized personnel.However,with the expansion of China's higher education,the contradiction between quantity and quality is intensified,and the problems in graduate education are gradually revealed.It is already an indisputable fact that the quality of training is not high,especially the lack of innovation.More and more scholars have begun to pay attention to this issue,and called for the optimization of graduate innovative education.In view of this practical problem,this paper adopts the method of empirical research,starting from the various aspects of the cultivation of graduate students'innovation ability.Through the investigation and analysis,the paper summarizes the factors that restrict the innovation ability of the current graduate students,and designs the optimization model for the restrictive factors.A questionnaire about the factors restricting the innovation ability of graduate students is compiled on the basis of in-depth analysis and summary of relevant literature at home and abroad.Combined with the characteristics of graduate education,research defines the meaning of graduate students' innovation ability,and concludes that innovation ability of postgraduates is influenced by both internal and external factors.The exploratory factor analysis was performed by using SPSS 19.0 software to cluster and dimension reduction of multidimensional variables,and a six-factor statistical model of conscious thinking,self-learning,practical ability,research environment,school environment and family environment is established.And then use the AMOS21.0 software to carry out the confirmatory factor analysis.To explore the relationship between the various variables by establishing the structural equation model,and eventually get the constraints structural equation model path diagram of innovation ability which can clearly show the impact weight and relationship of various restrictive factors.The results and analysis show that the most restrictive internal factors are their own practical ability,followed by self-study.The most external factors are academic guidance and communication,followed by curriculum setting and teaching,evaluation mechanism,research funding,hardware and software facilities and so on.In view of these restrictive factors,the optimization strategy will be integrated with the advantage of "Internet +",and ultimately form the "Internet + graduate innovative education" optimization model which has practical significance.
