The Art District is an important carrier and form of art activities for kindergartens. In the past, research was mainly conducted from the standpoint and perspective of adults. This study aims to understand young children's views on the creation and development of existing art studios and explore the children's expectations. The creation of the Art District provides a new perspective for the creation and use of the Art District. After identifying the research questions, this study selected 50 large-scale children in a kindergarten in N City as research participants, and used a participatory research method-mosaic method as a method for collecting data, and Data is encoded and organized by Nvivo10 software. The research results are mainly presented in three aspects:children's basic understanding of the art area;the specific elements of the children's eyes in the art area;and the children's expectations of the art area.In this part of the "Basic understanding of young children in the art area",it mainly discusses the definition of the art area for young children, the similarities and differences between the activities of the art area and the collective activities, the similarities and differences of activities and games in the art area, and children's preference for the three activities. In the section;"Specific Elements of Art areas in the Eyes of Young Children",children's views on materials, teachers, environment, space, and time in the existing Art Areas are presented. In the "Children's Expected Art District",children's expectation of materials, characters, environment, functions, and space in the art area is presented. In the end, according to the research results, the researcher summarized and concluded that the favorite art areas for young children have the following six basic characteristics:childishness, naturalness, participation, autonomy, openness, and aesthetics. There are four problems in the creation and development of the Art District:the lack of free and independent activities in the Art District;the lack of game spirit in the Art District;the lack of aesthetic function in the Art District;and the inaccurate positioning of teachers in the Art District.Researchers made the following suggestions based on the views of children and related issues:clarify the essence of the activities in the art area, create an atmosphere for free exploration and expression;pay attention to the needs of children, give the art area a game spirit;re-embrace the function of the aesthetic work area to support young children Aesthetic activities;changing the role of teachers, and serving as supporters of early childhood art activities. At the end of the study, the researchers reviewed issues such as data analysis, research relationships, research methods, and research samples.
