Rules are effective norms for regulating human words and deeds and mainta ining social order.Children’s simple understanding of the rules has its unique val ue.Conducting research on rules in the eyes of 5-6 years old children is benefic ial for helping adults understand how children understand and understand rules fr om a child’s perspective,in order to improve the scientific and effective nature o f rule education.The study took 25 children in of 5-6 years old in a private kindergarten in X City as the research participants in a convenient way.Using the mosaic metho d to explore the understanding of the concept and importance of rules in the eye s of 5-6 years old children,the right to formulate rules and the content of rules,and the feelings of different rule scenarios.Using NVivo12 plus software,coding analysis was conducted on interview records,painting works,and photos taken b y young children.The results showed that:1.The concept of rules in the eyes of 5-6 years old children is specific rule behavior.That is,rules are what you can’t do and rules are what you can’t do,and understand the rules more from the perspective of "prohibition".2.The rules in the eyes of 5-6 years old children are very important.Because there are rules that will not get dirty,will not get hurt,required by the teacher and rules have imagination;life without rules will become terrible,bad and sad.3.The rule makers in the eyes of 5-6 years old children are diverse.Only adults can make rules because we are children,others won’t listen to me,I haven’t made rules;I and others can make rules because adults make good,I have made rules and I want to make decisions earlier.4.In the eyes of 5-6 years old children,safety and living rules should be followed the most,followed by public and learning rules,and finally moral and social rules.5.Different rules and scenarios in the eyes of 5-6 years old children are different.Feel happy with yourself and others to abide by the rules;feel happy with others being punished for violating the rules,thinking that others’ violation of the rules is wrong,and others feel sad to hurt themselves by violating the rules.Based on the above research,the internal factors that affect 5-6 years old children’s rule cognition mainly include: children’s moral cognitive development,self-awareness,and their own needs;External factors include: teachers’ educational methods,children’s living environment,and children’s rights to rules.Therefore,the following suggestions are proposed: children’s living environment,and children’s rights to rules.educational suggestions are proposed:understand the needs of children’s development and maintain children’s unique rhythm;improve teachers’ education methods andreduce the use of prohibited rules;return the rights of children’s rules and children’s participation in the formulation of rules;guide children’s learning rules based on children’s life communication;pay attention to children’s Then the environment;reduce the requirements of children’s rules and improve children’s self-awareness;pay attention to the rules in children’s eyes and experience children’s feeling of rules.
