The kindergarten curriculum programme is a text which guides the kindergarten curriculum implementation based on a certain curriculum idea and the rational decision-making of curriculum elements.On the one hand,it is the fact that,kindergarten teachers are highly dependent on the existing curriculum programme.On the other hand,there is a lack of supervision and approval for the curriculum programme in the market.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate a scientific and reasonable approval and evaluation programme.The research mainly consists of two parts:the first part is the construction of evaluation framework.Firstly,the researcher collected evaluation related research at home and abroad on textbook evaluation,kindergarten curriculum programme,and the concept of "Guidelines to the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6"(2012),"Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(for Trial Implementation)"(2001),"The Regulations of the Kindergarten Work"(2016)and other important documents.By sorting,analyzing and summarizing the above data,the evaluation framework is initially established.Secondly,in order to ensure the feasibility of the evaluation programme,the researcher based on the first draft of the evaluation framework,carried out a trial evaluation of one set of programmes,and revised the draft in the process of evaluation.Finally,the second draft of the evaluation framework was compiled into an expert consultation questionnaire,and the revised the evaluation framework according to thier suggestions.On the second part,the research analyzes and evaluates three provincial curriculum programmes based on the evaluation framework.The researcher analyzed the three provincial curriculum programmes in depth by using content analysis method and sampling,statistics and descriptive analysis.In the process of evaluation,experts and experienced teachers are consulted again for uncertain issues.And the results of the assessment are finally formed.The curriculum evaluation framework of this study includes five primary indicators,18 secondary indicators,operational definitions of secondary indicators and evaluation methods.And it is proved to be operable in a certain degree.The reaserch analysis three sets of provincial curriculum programme,and find that there are different problems in the programmes,but there are some similar shortcomings in the following aspects:Firstly,some curriculum ideas have not been fully implemented.Secondly,the balance,order and the expression of some objectives is not appropriate.Thirdly,there is lack of organic integration of curriculum content organization.Then,some objectives are not implemented.Last but not least,the contents and ways of curriculum evaluation are relatively single.Based on this,this study puts forward suggestions for the development of the curriculum evaluation framework for the prechool curriculum,and the formulation of provincial curriculum programme.
