Chinese folk tales,myths and legends focus on reflecting a nation's thinking habit,knowledge intelligence,moral rules,spirituality and imagination,which bears the nation's excellent spiritual genes.It is the basis of a nation's follow-up development.The cultural charm has unconsciously been soaked in the heart of this nation,which especially has a very prominent value for comprehensively improving the Chinese language literacy of primary school students.However,there are few researches on the teaching of folk tales,myths and legends in academic field.The researches mainly focus on the situation of selected teaching materials about folk tales or the teaching study on a sort of literary form: folk tales or myths and legends,which don't focus on the unit relation between the entire folk tales and myths and legend.Moreover,in terms of teaching reality,the unit teaching of folk tales,myths and legends has the problems of neglecting unit integration and stylistic feature,confusing types of literature;in addition,teachers' quality needs to improve.Therefore,through the analysis on unit teaching value,teaching situation and teaching strategy of folk tales,myths and legends in this paper,the author attempts to improve teachers' understanding and quality to the unit teaching of folk tales,myths and legends,thus optimizing the classroom teaching strategy and providing references for the wide front-line teachers.The basic structure of the paper is as follows:In chapter one,the author introduces the folk tales,myths and legends,and then defines the concept of folk tale,myths and legends,thus finding the research significances and making clear about the research methods.Taking the new curriculum standard for references,the author focuses on discussing folk tales,myths and legends' value to Chinese language literacy of primary school from five aspects: construction of language,development of thinking,aesthetic experience,cultural inheritance,healthy personality.In chapter two,the author mainly presents the units distribution of each grade's folk tales,myths and legends of PEP edition textbooks;the author makes an analysis on it,pointing out the teaching situations and deficiency of folk tales,myths and legends in teaching reality.In chapter three,the author emphasizes the teaching strategy of folk tales,myths and legends,which mainly focuses on improving teachers' folk literary quality and research awareness,paying attention to the training of students' retelling and writing.By the inquired-based teaching mode,film and television media brings innovative development for folk tales,myths and legend's teaching as well as other explorations.
