In the modern society, the lack of human nature in education is a common problem. In the context of utilitarian society, education pays more attention to students' achievements rather than students themselves.Education teaches students a great deal of knowledge, but it does not teach students the ability to think, pursue happiness and enjoy a good life.If education is based on the utilitarian foundation, the final result of education is to cultivate the human into a container of knowledge, and the value of people is eliminated. In fact, education, which we advocate,is the education of "human",whose ultimate goal is to point to the completion of "human".In this respect, there is an inevitable connection between education and human nature. As the origin of the western theory of human nature, the theory of human nature of ancient Greece has extremely high research value.Through the study of the theory of human nature and education in ancient Greece,we can have a deeper understanding and reflection on the many human problems in education. In the modern theory of human nature in the study, the study of the ancient Greek theory of human nature is relatively scarce, generally only in the history of theory of human nature and the scope of Chinese and western theory of human nature, just as the ancient Greek theory of human nature and education research is almost no problem. The innovation of this article is from the source of theory of human nature, the ancient Greek theory of human nature, through the in-depth study of human nature of ancient Greek philosophy in ancient Greece, exploring the intrinsic relationships between design theory of human nature and education.Through research,it can be further clarified that education is based on human nature and develops human nature.Educators' presupposition on human nature constitutes the basis of education design. This paper is divided into six parts in structure. The first part is the introduction, introduced the paper selected topic significance, summarized research status quo, research methods and innovation points, etc.,the focus is on research status review, made clear definition for human nature and its related concepts. The second part is the emphasis on the theory of human nature in ancient Greece, covering the relevant historical background and the theory of human nature of different philosophers.Due to space and the ability is limited, socan't study all philosophers view of human nature, then select a more representative,Socrates and Plato,Aristotle, and the wise, the school focuses on the theory of human nature,to grasp the whole the development of the ancient Greek theory of human nature and the mainstream ideology. The third part takes the second part and further discusses the basic characteristics of the ancient Greek theory of human nature. The study found that the development of the ancient Greek theory of human nature characteristics can be summarized as the following three points:the universe under the teleology theory to examine the entity value of people,to the discovery of human's rational and concerned politics and reality. The fourth part follows the study of the political and real life of the Greek city-states,and discusses the relationship between human nature and the good life.It can be seen that although the ancient Greek period different philosophers put forward different presupposition of humanity, but one thing is common for the pursuit of "good" things and understanding and pursuit for a better life. The fifth part discusses in detail the relationship between the theory of human nature and education design, based on further analysis based on the human nature education design, clear education based on human nature is the way of development and perfect human nature at the same time.In the last part, aiming at the many human problems in education, the author puts forward his own understanding, and hopes to provide a new perspective and thinking for education research.
