Since China's reform and opening up,drama education has got attention and attention gradually.Due to the subjective and objective reasons of social development,although there is a flourishing trend.With the comprehensive development of new curriculum reform,high school has become more and more aware of the importance of quality education.With the new version<Standard of music in ordinary high school>published in Jan.2018,it is the first time that music and drama become the one of the six major modules,which affirmed its important position in high school music education.Through a field investigation to find out,it is mainly high school in large and medium-sized cities have set up six major elective course of music curriculum new standards,but the mainstream course is music appreciation,other modules are elected and researched rarely especially music and drama course.This paper will use the theory of multiple intelligences proposed by psychology professor Howard Gardner as theory tool,through the analysis and study of Gardner's multiple intelligence theory,from the starting point of the new standard of music high school and the teaching of music and drama modules,based on the analysis of Gardner multiple intelligence theory,according to the current situation and existing problems of"music and drama performance" in high schools in China,this thesis is to explore the application strategy of multiple intelligences theory in music and drama teaching including teaching situation,teaching design,learning methods,learning opportunities and teaching evaluation this five aspects under the principle of equality,cooperation and openness.Meanwhile to discuss the application effect of multiple intelligences theory in music and drama courses in high school,and how the practice of music and drama can influence the development of students' multiple intelligences.The practice of teaching system in practice put forward higher request for teachers and students,and has a positive influence and enlightenment in high school music education idea,education mode,learning mode and curriculum resources.Teachers should transform from traditional teachers into researchers and facilitators while students should develop the awareness of independent learning and thinking actively,and dare to try,ask and innovate for music and drama courses.In high school music and drama courses,teachers should practice diversified teaching and evaluation to cultivate the students' all-round development,meantime promote drama application into high school music curriculum vigorously to make the combination of multiple intelligences theory with senior high school music and drama course a more important role.
