With the rapid development of computer science and network communication technology,the introduction of lifelong education system and the popularity of massive open online courses,distance education become more and more popular,and learners’ online learning behavior is also becoming more and more diverse.Through the literature review,the author finds that the research on the influencing factors of learners’ online learning behavior is almost about the study of definition,intension and other surface research but has not been studied in depth.This study focuses on the factors affecting university students’ online learning behavior.Based on previous research results,the research integrates Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior(DTPB)and Task-Technology Fit Model(TTF),and designs hypotheses that influence the learning behavior of university learners.This study firstly describes the related theory of online learning behavior,and takes the theoretical framework of Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior and Task-Technology Fit Model,focusing on the four dimensions of learners’ learning attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control,and task technology fit to establish a model of influencing factors of learners’ online learning and proposes research hypotheses.In the fourth and fifth chapters,the paper uses the AMOS software to construct the Structural Equation Modeling and make research hypotheses.Based on this,the research performs data fitting and hypothesis verification.The maximum likelihood method is mainly used between in the model and the data fitting part.The author focuses on the ratios of the chi-square and degrees of freedom of the model,the root mean square of the approximate error,the comparison fitting index,the non-normal fitting index,and the normal fitting index.Through model building,model fitting,model evaluation and model correction,the model of influencing factors of online learning behavior was obtained.The study found that:learners’ online learning attitude has a significant positive influence on their online learning behavior intentions;students’ subjective norms have a positive influence on their online learning behavioral intentions;task technology fit feature has a positive influence on students’ learning.;students’ perceptional behavior control has a significant positive effect on their online learning behavioral intentions;technical characteristics have a significant positive effect on the task technology fit;task characteristics have no effect on task technical fit.Students’ perceived usefulness and compatibility have a significant effect on the attitude dimension;perceived ease of use has no effect on the attitude dimension;self-efficacy has an impact on perceived behavioral control;promotion conditions have an impact on perceived behavioral control;superior impact has positive influence on subjective norms;peer influence has no effect on subjective norms.Finally,this paper proposes a model of influencing factors of university students’ online learning behavior based on the integration of DTPB and TTF,explains the model,and proposes reasonable suggestions and strategies.The thesis consists of six parts in total:The first part:Introduction.This part firstly introduces the background and significance of the research on the influencing factors about online learning behaviors.Then this paper analyzes the research status of the influencing factors about online learning behaviors both at home and abroad,and discusses the research method,research content,innovation,research purpose,main work of this paper.The second part:Related concepts and theoretical basis.This part is the supporting theory for this research.This part mainly defines the core concepts of this study:online learning behavior and influencing factors of online learning behavior.It proposes supporting theories of constructing influencing factors of online learning behavior:Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior and Task-Technology Fit Model.The third part:The model construction and research hypothesis of the influencing factors of online learning behavior.This part mainly elaborates the model of the influencing factors of online learning behavior that the author constructs in Chapter 2,and defines the variable of each variable in the influencing factor model of online learning behavior.The dependent variable is:behavioral intention;the intermediary variable is:Task-Technology Fit,attitudes,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control;latent variables are:task characteristics,technical characteristics,perceived usefulness,compatibility,perceived ease of use,superior influence,peer influence,self-efficacy,promotion conditions,In this part,the concept of each variable in the model of the impact of online learning behavior is defined.The research hypothesis in this study are proposed based on the correlations in the influencing factor model of online learning behaviors.The fourth part:Questionnaire design,data analysis and hypothesis testing of influencing factors of online learning behavior.In this part,the author firstly measure the questionnaire variables of the questionnaires designed about learner online learners’influencing factors to test the rationality of the items of the questionnaires designed.On the basis of collecting data from pre-test questionnaires,pre-testing is conducted.The collected data and SPSS software are used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaires.Then a questionnaire with good reliability and validity regarding learners’ online learning behaviors is formally issued and mak descriptive statistical analysis of the sample,sample normal distribution test,reliability test,and confirmatory factor analysis of each factor.The fifth part:Model Construction and Hypothesis Testing of Influencing Factors of Online Learning Behavior.In this part the data fitting test of the influencing factor model of online learning behavior established by the author is performed with AMOS software,and the full model is corrected in AMOSaccording to the degree of model fitting.According to the final model of university students’ online learning behavior influencing factors model constructed in the fourth chapter,the author explains the various dimensions of the model and the potential variables removed,and analyzes and explain the model of the online learning behavior influencing factors constructed by the author.Rationality and on this basis provide a rationalized strategy for future network distance education and e-learning platform construction.The sixth part:Summary and Prospective.This part summarized innovation and shortcoming in our research,and described the next work we should do. |
