Bing convenient ways of learning and the high quality education recourse, Online-Training education has developed rapidly these years. According to Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), User Satisfaction Theory and the characteristics of Online-Training education, the reason why users have intention to accept online training education system were explored from seven aspects, information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and flow experience. A user acceptance model for online training education system and research hypotheses has also been put forward.User satisfaction theory was used to study their attitude. Flow experience has been successfully used to the information system research and analysis classroom teaching. Online education is one of teaching activities, so Flow experience theory can be used as the analyzing factors on the behavior of user acceptance of Online-Training Education System. Based on the relative literature and theory, this paper integrates user satisfaction and flow experience, and proposes the Technology Acceptance Model. Different from online higher education, details of the test aren't indicated in Online-Training Education, and improves the ability of learners. Information quality is particularly important. This paper adjusts the influencing factors of Information quality because Information quality have positive influence for user satisfaction and perceived usefulness . A user acceptance model for online training education system and research hypotheses has also been put forward.According to technology acceptance model, the paper defines the hypothesis and operation variables. the users, coming from three training organizations, were taken as survey objects, and through questionnaire investigation. The questionnaire investigation was statistically tested. The reliability and validity analysis assured the data availability. After data and hypothesis testing, the structural equation modeling was used to verify the hypothesis.
