Outward Bound this way of experiential training for his breakout,Will temper,inspire potential,perfect personality and smelting team has unique and popular,The xi"an Outward bound training industry is in rapid development stage,so there are more and more people work in the coach of Outward Bound.This paper,taking xi 'an the professionalism of coach as the research object,mainly using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire,and so on,mathematical statistics method for xi 'an the professionalism of coach research and analysis of the status of the investigation,the following conclusions:(1)the three first-level indicators in xi 'an the professionalism of coach rank is:Professional ethics,vocational skills,physical and mental health.(2)it is the professional image and professional behavior that the development status Professional ethics of the coach in xi 'an is at a better level.(3)xi 'an development current situation of the development of coach in the professional skill is in better level of security and the ability to help,at the lower level is learning ability,management ability,innovation ability and scientific research ability.(4)the development status at physical and mental health of the coach in xi 'an is at a good level,which is the social adaptability.In view of the current situation of development coaches in xi 'an,the following three Suggestions are put forward:(1)xi 'an the coach of Outward Bound should continue to strengthen their vocational skills training.(2)xi 'an company should provide feedback on the training effect of trainees as an important part of the training.(3)the development institutions and relevant departments of xi 'an should improve their assessment and management system.
