Dongchangfu Liaocheng District Youth Quality Education Practice Base Analysis On The Current Situation Of Outward Bound Training Curriculum

The purpose of education aims to cultivate innovative spirit and practical talents,in the background of quality education and new curriculum reform,according to the requirements of national education purpose,the outline of basic education curriculum(trial)issued by the Ministry of education in 2001 proposes to increase students' participation in comprehensive practice.In the limited conditions of capital and teachers,to increase students' comprehensive practical activities,quality education practice base emerges.The curriculum of quality education practice base,the quality of teaching effect relates to whether the comprehensive practice of quality education practice base can complete the requirements of national education purpose to cultivate innovation and spiritual practical talents.Through the analysis of the present situation of the practice base of Dongchangfu District quality education,this paper provides guidance for the development and reform of the training curriculum for Dongchangfu District quality education practice base,and promotes the better educational effect of the practice base of Dongchangfu District quality education.Through literature,interview and questionnaire,this paper studies the development of training curriculum,curriculum resources,curriculum management,curriculum evaluation of the practice base,and draws the following conclusions:1 Practice base development training curriculum and curriculum content set more reasonable;students in the challenge process requires 5 different teacher guidance,in the 5 development projects in the development of teachers is not fixed,not their guidance;set foot hours is not conducive to the experiential teaching chain sharing links to complete.2 Practice base to expand training venues,curriculum resources,higher safety factor of equipment,diversity is relatively rich;expand the original teachers engaged in teaching subjects diversified,expand the teacher's teaching life is short,but the teacher all participated in different forms of training;provide a guarantee for the development of curriculum resources development training the course is better.3.The development of curriculum resources in practice base training management provides the guarantee for the development of training courses.3 Training course content by different groups of praise;hours can not meet the normal class demand hours need to change the number and number of projects in different groups;ambiguity;training teachers' teaching ability should be improved;students' professional skills and practical skills,self-confidence and team satisfactionevaluation ability is good.
