In the course of comprehensively strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and cultivating the "four good" teachers,the professional development of kindergarten transfer teachers continues to be highly valued by the state.In order to improve the professionalization level of kindergarten teachers,the related training continues to be carried out.As a new type of training method,"going to the countryside" has attracted participants because of its advantages in narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and sending students to townships.More favored.At present,there is not much research on "send to the countryside".Then the vocational adaptation of kindergarten teachers,what types and methods they need most,and how effective the implementation of training have become worth studying.This study uses the short-term training project "provide education for the countryside" in the State Education Department of S Province in 2017 as an example.It uses questionnaires,interviews,and observation methods to assess the basic conditions,occupational adjustments,and training needs of teachers who are transferred to kindergartens in D counties participating in training.The results of training,training effectiveness,training satisfaction,etc.have been fully studied.The study found that:The occupational adaptation of kindergarten teachers in transition is generally inadequate.There is a lack of understanding and understanding of preschool education,lack of professional knowledge,and occupational skills are generally adapted.In particular,teaching design and teaching ability are particularly needed to be strengthened,and the occupational environment is poor.Opportunities cannot be guaranteed.According to the needs of post-employment training for pre-school teachers and the organization and implementation model of previous training,the training forms such as special lectures,participatory training,and garden-based teaching and research are selected to help promote the professional development of kindergarten transfer teachers.According to the survey on the participation of training teachers and the survey of training satisfaction,it can be seen that the teachers participating in the training have higher satisfaction with the contents and forms of the training,and the training basically meets the training needs of the teachers.In terms of professional philosophy,we have a deeper understanding and understanding of the preschool education profession,re-understanding the attitudes and behaviors of childcare education,and improving our own quality;In terms of professional knowledge,teachers also need to have in-depth understanding of the five fields of related knowledge,teaching knowledge,and modern information technology.In terms of professional skills,the ability to create the environment,the planning and implementation of educational activities,the ability to communicate and cooperate,and the ability to reflect and develop have all been greatly improved.In view of the training results,at the level of government,it is necessary to pay constant attention to pre-school education and support and improve training policies;At the level of training management,it is necessary to do well in training planning,conduct training as required,integrate training resources,strengthen the creation of local training teams,strengthen management services,and evaluate multiple training methods;At the level of teacher,it is adept at doing its own professional development planning,making rational use of teaching reflection,actively participating in the park-based teaching and research activities,and making full use of training opportunities.The three sides cooperate with each other to jointly promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers in the county.
