To be an excellent teacher is the goal of young teachers'development,and the growth of many excellent teachers has their common characteristics and unique course.The kindergarten teachers born in 1980s are catching up with the reform of the national new century preschool education curriculum.Under the impetus of the curriculum reform,the growth of the post-80s kindergarten teachers has a greater advantage than the other teachers in other years.On this basis,this study takes the excellent teachers of the post-80s kindergarten in Yuelu District,Changsha,Hunan as the research object,and selects three teachers according to the teaching age,educational background,professional and kindergarten nature,from the individual aspects of the teachers,the group,the management of kindergartens and the social environment support.The growth process of outstanding teachers in Post-80,s kindergartens has found the commonness and individuality of their growth,so as to provide some suggestions for other teachers.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the questions raised,the research significance,the concept definition,the literature review and the research design.The second part adopts the questionnaire survey method to analyze the basic situation,growth and growth process of 19 outstanding kindergarten teachers.The third part,according to the comparison of the results of the survey,select three cases,and use the interview method,from the teacher self growth,the teacher group,the kindergarten management,social environment support four aspects of the growth of the three teachers to collect the growth of the teachers,and interpret the common and personality of their growth.The fourth part,through the analysis of the factors affecting the growth of excellent teachers in the post-80s kindergarten,that is,the two factors of their own and the external environment,from the two aspects of theory and practice,it puts forward the Enlightenment of the history of kindergarten teachers' professional growth,mainly from the curriculum of pre vocational education,teachers' own requirements and post vocational training three aspects.
