| At present,the basic education curriculum reform is entering the stage of"connotation" development,that is,deepening the reform in an all-round way.The reform requires that the requirements of students’ core accomplishment and academic quality be put into practice in the teaching of various subjects.At the same time,the 19th CPC National Congress’s report clearly sets out the requirements for students’development.Teaching is carried out in the classroom.To fulfill the requirements of developing students’ core literacy and to create an efficient classroom is the accelerator of curriculum reform to success.As a hot word in curriculum reform,"effective teaching" has gradually changed from paying attention to the efficiency,benefit and effect of teaching to paying attention to the all-round development of all students.The teaching based on curriculum standard is not only the requirement of national curriculum policy,but also the requirement of teachers’ professional development.As the basic principle of effective teaching,teaching,learning and assessment alignment is the hot issue that people pay attention to nowadays.Are the teaching objectives designed by the teacher alignment with the curriculum standards?Does the teaching activity designed by the teacher match the teacher’s teaching,students’ learning and assessment?Does the classroom teaching match the designed teaching?Is there any aligning in the activities of teaching,learning and assessment in class?These are my concerns.It is normal for teachers’ professional development to be able to carry out a class well and to sum up and reflect on teaching after class.For the former,the novice teacher may have some difficulty in implementing it,but the proficient teacher can lift a light weight,but for the latter,it is difficult for both the novice and the proficient teacher to implement it.This paper first points out the problems existing in current classroom teaching:the formulation of teaching objectives,the design of teaching activities,the out of alignment of teaching,learning and assessment in classroom teaching,and the lack of effective learning time for students.After clarifying the meaning and meaning of alignment in teaching assessment,this paper selects three cases of "composition of water" in the national junior high school chemistry high quality class in 2016,and the author makes use of the"alignment" analysis framework combined with Webb and SEC analysis method and the modified FIAS classroom observation tool to study the above problems.And then use these two kinds of analysis tools to analyze whether the high quality courses selected on the spot are efficient.It analyzes the alignment between teaching design and curriculum standards,as well as the alignment of teaching,learning and assessment in the classroom.The author hopes to better guide classroom teaching and improve the effectiveness of chemistry teaching through this research.This paper is divided into three parts,a total of six chapters to study the alignment of classroom teaching.The first part:chapter 1~2,this part is the introduction part.The author puts forward the research significance of this study through the collation of the relevant periodicals,papers,monographs,teaching materials and national educational documents at home and abroad.This paper introduces the ideas and methods of research,defines the core concepts of classroom teaching,effective teaching,classroom teaching design,classroom presupposition,generation and alignment,and analyzes the present situation of effective teaching and alignment research.Chapters 3 to 5 are the second part of the paper,the body part.It research chemistry teaching activities and curriculum standards as well as the alignment of classroom teaching,learning and assessment.This paper defines the following research framework:alignment of instructional design,alignment of instructional design and teaching process,alignment of classroom teaching.The alignment of teaching design is divided into the alignment analysis of the objective and the curriculum standard,the alignment analysis of the teaching objective and the teaching assessment,and the alignment analysis of the teaching objective and the teaching process.The alignment of instructional design and teaching process is divided into objectives,the relationship between process and assessment in presupposition and generation.When analyzing the alignment of classroom teaching,the author analyzes the alignment of teaching,learning and assessment from the perspective of teaching time and behavior.Chapter 6 is the last part of the paper,conclusions and recommendations.The author analyzes the research conclusions from Chapter 3 to Chapter 5,compares the alignment of teaching activity design and teaching,learning and assessment in classroom teaching activities in "Water composition",and finds that each of the three teaching cases of "Water composition" has its own advantages and disadvantages.But on the whole,the alignment between teaching objective and curriculum standard in teaching design is not good,the design of knowledge and skill objective is not in place,the alignment of teaching,learning and assessment in teaching design is good.The author makes use of the modified FIAS observation tool to find that the teaching,learning and assessment in classroom teaching are aligning and effective.The above conclusion shows that although there are some problems in the design of teachers’ teaching,this also reflects the teachers’ shortcomings,but it does not mean that teachers cannot carry out a good class.Therefore,the alignment analysis of classroom teaching,learning and assessment under effective teaching shows that there are some inconsistency in classroom elements.Then according to the conclusions of the study,the problems in classroom teaching are suggested.Finally,based on the research process,the author points out the shortcomings in the study,that is,the selected cases are few,only the quality class is analyzed,and the level of all the teachers in the country is not represented.Moreover,the extension of the classroom teaching is lacking,and the possible direction for improvement is put forward. |
