Under the background of economic globalization,China has gradually begun to experience “immigration tides” and a large number of foreigners have flooded into China to develop.Metropolitan city like Beijing ? Shanghai and Guangzhou are moving toward internationalization.Cross-border population involves social acculturation at the site and has implications for social management.Among the foreigners living in Guangzhou, the Affricans group accounts for about 14%.In this paper,to research the issues of social acculturation about Africans in the Xiaobei region.Based on Berry's perspective of cultural acculturation,an analysis was made of the cultural adaptation strategies adopted during cultural interactions between mainstream cultural groups and maternal cultural groups. It was found that Africans as a ethnic cultural group chose “integration”(43.48%)in cultural interaction. And the number of "separate"(37.68%)strategies is about 80% of the overall sample of the study, and measurements of social support for Africans with different cultural adaptation strategies are found to show that when Africans show high cultural interaction with local residents, that when the tendency is to adopt the cultural adaptation strategy of “integration” and “assimilation”,it will gain more social support and promote their social integration. However,in the interview,it was found that such integration is only based on the shallow integration of utilitarianism in businessmen and students, but due to the reliance on in-connection social capital, other sensitive objects like body language and religions,The degree of difference has formed a deep division in African people's social integration. From the analysis of mainstream cultural groups, the majority of local residents in the cultural interaction adopt the adaptive mode of “race isolation”(46.05%)and “rejection”(26.32%),because of the “negative” primary cause of descented cultural interaction with Africans. What's worse, the alienation of habits and further exclusion due to conflict of opinion, negative public voice, and the lack of value of Africans' beliefs have led toa lower level of social acceptance to them, which is the core of the problem in social integration for Africans. This article attempts to use professional methods of social work to intervene in the social integration of Africans: in the direct service to social work, the use of case and group methods to deepen Africans' level of social integration from the perspective of improving cultural confidence, cultivating local social responsibility awareness, and promoting sense of belonging on the ground. And mainly based on group and community methods, and the African people's deep division in social integration has been eliminated from the perspective of expanding African bridging social capital, establishing positive interactions among groups, and guiding gradual integration. In the indirect services, through the methods of community advocacy, social administration, social work research, and support for the supervision of social workers and the use of new media,we will weaken the “race isolation” and “exclusive”adaptation model, and guide the public to eliminate prejudice, thus helping to achieve Africans' better social integration, the establishment of a positive interactive platform between the two cultural groups, and promote social and economic development and stability.
