Enterprises are the products of social development,new employees are the new blood of enterprises,but also the backbone of the enterprise in the future.Good social relations and broad social network can make new employees get more social resources,thus promoting the development of new employees themselves,and bring more benefits to enterprises.However,due to the instability and incompleteness of the new employees’ social relations,there are some common problems in the new employees’ social relations,which affect the new employees’ psychological state and development.This paper discusses the existing problems of new employees’ social relations and how to help new employees solve their social relations problems through social work intervention.The concept of social work is "helping others and helping themselves".Social workers should make use of their professional advantages and bring their professional functions and functions into play when they help their clients solve problems.Social workers can provide corresponding help for their clients by psychological counseling,linking resources,social support and other professional knowledge and skills.Taking the newcomers of X enterprise as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the ways of help and intervention by using the professional theory and method of social work,and lists a series of specific interventions.Firstly,the paper describes the research background,research purpose,related concepts and other basic contents.Then,starting with the basic situation of X enterprise and new employees,it briefly summarizes the basic situation of enterprise and employees.On this basis,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of social relations between enterprises and new employees,and lists the factors that affect the social relations of new employees from three aspects: individuals,enterprises and families.Combined with the above investigation and analysis results,the new employees of X enterprise were specifically involved.Through group work and case work,the case owners were helped to understand the difficulties faced by the new employees,and through psychological adjustment and linking resources,they were encouraged to actively face the social relations at work and solve the unstable problems existing in the new employees’ social relations.Finally,it reflects on the intervention process,the problems existing in the intervention of social workers,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development of social work.Enterprise social work is a new field,when communicating with new employees,the intervention of social work is a great challenge.Exploring new methods and summing up experience and lessons in communication are the basis for social work to better serve the society and the people in the future.Enterprise social work is a new field,when communicating with new employees,the intervention of social work is a great challenge.Exploring new methods and summing up experience and lessons in communication are the basis for social work to better serve the society and the people in the future.
