Intellectual disabilities refers to the group whose intellectual activities are obviously lower than the level of ordinary people and who show adaptation to behavioral disorders.The society we live in needs to respect the right of every individual to integrate into the society.However,the intellectual disabilities cannot integrate into the society normally due to their intellectual defects and discrimination from the external environment.Therefore,they need special rehabilitation training to adapt to social life and integrate into social life.With the state's attention to the cause of the disabled,many institutions and organizations concerning the intellectual disabilities have been established to improve the quality of life of the intellectual disabilities and enable them to better integrate into society.Based on the social work practice of Y sunshine home in wuhan,this paper involved 19 intellectual disabilities people in sunshine home through group work,so as to improve their ability of social inclusion.The social inclusion of the intellectual disabilities includes self-care ability,social adaptability and labor skills.The intellectual disabilities are faced with problems in psychology,behavior,cognition,interpersonal communication and labor skills in the process of social inclusion.To solve these problems through literature research,participant observation and depth interview method to collect data,according to the ERQ,SES,SCS scale design related questionnaires,the sunshine home director needs assessment of intellectual disabilities,according to the design of the evaluation results with team members and team activities,and,after each activities for team each team members subtle changes in the process of doing the detailed records.In the implementation of group using specialized methods and techniques to improve social inclusion ability of intellectual disabilities,after the group activities according to the group process control table and detailed records of group activities,to evaluate the effectiveness of the evaluation results are quantitative processing,fill out the assessment questionnaire,and the evaluation results and the needs assessment results are paired sample t test,to determine the effect of group activities.Through the effective development of group activities,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)the group work has certain feasibility and operability in improving thesocial integration ability of the intellectual disabilities,and it can be promoted in the rehabilitation service for the intellectual disabilities.(2)as an intervention method,group work can play a good role in improving the social inclusion ability of the intellectual disabilities,and is conducive to the social inclusion of the intellectual disabilities.This study adds a new perspective to the study on the social inclusion of the intellectual disabilities people involved in social work.However,due to the limitations of the research conditions,the research subjects only include 19 intellectual disabilities people from sunshine home.The coverage and sample size are relatively small,so it is impossible to comprehensively summarize the situation of the whole country.
