After entering the 21st century,the importance role that the science and technology has played has won the recognition of the international community.In all aspects of people's life,there is close relationship between science and technology.In the future,the importance of scientific-technological civilization lies in the socialization of biotechnology and the biology of social life.Based on the macro background,citizens must have certain biological qualities.It is necessary for the contemporary high school students to have biological quality.STS education is a new form of education developed in the process of education reform.It highlights that students correctly understand the relations among science,technology and society and it helps students to form scientific outlooks on the world and life.In the course of preparing for the exam in senior three,it is appropriate to infiltrate STS education and combine science,technology with society,which is in line with the needs of biological curriculum reform,and is beneficial to the overall development of students.Guided by the two learning theories of humanism and constructivism,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the study through literature reading,and summarizes the current research situation both inside and outside the country.The paper sorts out the biology examination papers of Jiangsu college entrance examination for 2010-2016 years,analyzes the characteristics of the STS test questions.The author prepares questionnaires for teachers and students and understands the current situation and problems of STS education in secondary schools.In order to improve the efficiency of the classes in senior three and help the students to face the college entrance examination,the author adopts the experimental teaching research method:take Grade three Class 7 as the experimental class and find the proper penetration point to penetrate the STS education properly;then contrast the class with Grade three Class 12 and adopt the routine review method.In this paper,two teaching cases are presented,aimed at one round and two rounds of review respectively.Taking them as an example,the author illustrates how to infiltrate STS education concretely.In the review,the author tries to control the same variables as far as possible,and combines the questionnaire survey,after class interview and the statistical analysis of the two classes' examination performances,and states the effectiveness of the appropriate infiltration of STS education in the review of the college entrance examination.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Most teachers agree to infiltrate the meaning of STS education,and there is less penetration in recitation courses.In daily teaching,the STS material is the main material and the form of infiltration is too simple.(2)Students are interested in the STS education in the review class,and they are active to develop their initiative which raises the students'concern about the hot issues of social life.(3)In recent years the scores of STS test papers in Jiangsu college entrance examination papers account for more than half of the total score,especially the hot topics in the frontier of biological science and technology and their applications in the production and life.(4)Comparing the experimental class with the control class,the author analyzing the SPSS data sample T test and finds that the pre test P=0.644>0.05.There is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class.So it is suitable for the study while the post test P=0.018<0.05,and the experimental class is better than the control class.Then draw the conclusion that the reform of the way of reviewing has been realized,and the efficiency of preparing for examination for senior three has been improved.
