Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's fertility policy has been constantly adjusted to the country's national conditions,from the beginning of the birth control policy;The one-child policy was determined later;By 2015,the country will fully release the two-child policy,and the population quantity will change as the birth policy changes.At present,under the comprehensive and also policies Beijing,guizhou an ageing population trend is rising,labor outflow is serious,the sex ratio of birth population problems also exist,demographic dividend is constantly reduced,low level of education in the population,these questions are bothering the steady growth of economy in guizhou,however,to solve the population ageing,and demographic dividend,labor supply and other issues must be through the increase of population.This article through to the next 50 years,however,guizhou's population forecast population under two child policy did not have a positive effect on growth of economy in guizhou,population instead of too much hindered the guizhou population growth;In the aspect of aging,this paper has found that the comprehensive two-child policy can only alleviate the aging population and not solve the aging problem.In terms of the number of labor forces,this same study found that the labor force of guizhou province in the next 50 years will be relatively stable and there is no decrease in labor force.Asked by choosing 10 indexes of population structure and 2000-2015 GDP building population structure and economic growth model,and find that the index of a positive effect on economic growth in guizhou,the population sex ratio,the number of college students per ten thousand people.The number of people aged between 0 and 14 and the number of workers in the first industry and the number of workers in the first industry have had a negative effect on the economic growth of guizhou province.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures on the population quantity and population structure in order to realize the economic growth of guizhou province in order to realize the economic growth of guizhou province.
