Research purposes:To explore the effect of functional training on children's basic athletic ability in roller skating.Research Methods:This research mainly uses expert interview methods, questionnaire survey methods, teaching experiment methods and other research methods, and takes the effect of functional training on the children's roller skating basic athletic ability as the research object, aiming at the junior third grade skating team attached to the University of International Business and Economics.54 players were the subjects of the experiment. The experiment was divided into experimental group and control group. The experiment was conducted for 24 lessons in 12 weeks,120 minutes each time(60 minutes for physical training and 60 minutes for skating skills). The experimental group used functional training content and the control group used traditional physical training content.Mainly from the functional movement screening, exercise quality, roller skating basic motor skills three circumference test, using the paired sample T test and independent sample T test for statistical analysis. The results of the study:(1)Before the experimental intervention, there was no significant difference in functional screening, basic motor skating and roller skating basic motor skills between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)After the experimental intervention, there was no significant difference in the results of screening before and after functional screening in the control group(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference in the results of the basic exercise test and the basic motor skill test before and after the test(P).<0.05).The test results before and after screening in the experimental group had a highly significant difference(P<0.01),and there was a highly significant difference between the results of the basic exercise test and the basic motor skill test(P<0.01).(3)After the experimental intervention, there was a highly significant difference in the post-test results of the functional movement screening test between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01);the test results of the basic exercise quality test in the experimental group and the control group were not tested after the balance test.Significant difference(P>0.05);The posttest results of other indicators have a highly significant difference(P<0.01);In the test results of the basic motor skill test in the experimental group and the control group, there is no significant difference in the left leg curve test in the left leg.The difference was significant(P>0.05).The posttest results of other indicators were highly significant(P<0.01).Research conclusions:(1)Through functional screening test, children found that in the traditional roller skating training, children are prone to asymmetric movement and unbalanced functions. There are many compensatory actions, and· the flexibility, stability, and flexibility of the lower limbs are insufficient. In particular, the core stability is poor, and the occurrence rate of sports injuries is relatively high.Functional training can effectively improve functional dyskinesia in children's learning roller skating, improve the structure and function of the body, improve the stability of the knee joint and the core area, reduce movement compensation, improve the quality of movement, and prevent sports injuries. In order to improve the effectiveness of roller learning.(2)Both functional training and traditional skating training have obvious effects on improving children's balance ability, agility, lower extremity explosiveness, speed quality, and endurance quality, but the effect of functional training is obviously better than that of traditional skating training(except for balance ability). The traditional skating training is likely to result in children's right and left side balance ability is not balanced, and functional training helps to solve the children's balance between left and right side of the imbalance.(3)Functional training and traditional roller skating training methods can effectively improve the level of children's roller skating skills, but the effect of functional training is obviously better than that of traditional roller skating training, especially in the speed skating of 300 meters and 1000 meters. The results and the ability to control the lower limb support and gliding are extremely effective. The traditional roller skating skill learning has generally caused the left and right leg support gliding distances of the children's single leg support gliding skills to be widely separated, and the left leg support gliding distance is better than the right leg.The functional training method promotes that the left and right leg sliding distances of children's single-leg support-sliding skills tend to be balanced, and overall improve the supporting ability of lower limbs.(4)Functional training methods can effectively improve the basic exercise capacity of children's roller skating. In the implementation of functional training programs,it is necessary to strengthen the operation mode training, sensitive speed training, balance stability training, core stability training, and rapid stretching load training.Energy metabolism system training, flexibility training, recovery and regeneration training can improve functional dyskinesia in children's learning roller skating, prevent sports injuries, improve overall exercise quality, and improve the basic motor skill level of roller skating.
