China is at a special stage of reform and development.Among the entire education development and reforms,the weakest issue is rural education.The key to education lies in teachers.The key to promoting rural education construction and maximizing education modernization is to consolidate the construction of rural teachers.For a long period of time,there has been a serious loss of rural teachers in our country.This is an important impediment to restricting the level of education in rural areas and promoting the all-round development of compulsory education.It is also not conducive to the promotion of education equity in urban and rural areas.Therefore,how to promote the rational flow of rural teachers is a very important and thorny issue.This study is based on the sample of second-ranked teachers in County D,which is divided into two categories:secondment area and secondment method.Divided from the region,the overall presentation of a one-way flow.Only two minority teachers are seconded from the county to the countryside.The division from the secondment method is divided into formal secondment of the unit to the unit and informal secondment of the individual to the unit.After obtaining the data of seconded teachers in County D County,the author selected four representative teachers to do case studies.The research focuses on qualitative research methods,and specifically uses the literature method and interview method to study case teachers.Through the secondment of the teacher's field of vision to truly reflect the status quo of teachers in the new era of secondment,analyze the reasons for the secondment of teachers,and thoroughly explore the causes of teacher team instability behind teacher loan.The research divides the reasons for the secondment of teachers in the new period into three dimensions:institutional reasons,social reasons,and personal reasons.Each dimension is divided into further discussion points.First,institutional reasons:the education administrative department's management system is backward;private interests are filled with the secondment process;rural-urban exchanges support education in the countryside as a form of education;educational resources allocation of urban-rural gap.Second,social reasons:Social stratification is the root of secondment of rural teachers;the lack of cultural capital and social capital is the crux of the secondment of rural teachers.Third,personal reasons:preconceived conditions;family factors;the influence of values.In the fourth part of the article,from the perspective of mechanism construction,the status quo of the secondment of teachers from D counties was selected as a typical case analysis,and measures to perfect the teacher secondment mechanism were actively explored to promote the stability of the entire rural compulsory education faculty.There are mainly:strengthening macro-control,standardizing teachers,secondment behavior;improving the formal formal system of teachers,exchanges between urban and rural areas;vigorously building the campus cultural environment of rural weak schools;and improving teachers' sense of inner value and mission.
