In recent years,the decline trend of physical health of primary and middle school students has been restrained.While the obesity,disease,myopia and other problems sti-ll threaten students' health.With the development of electronic information technolog-y,the body image is becoming more and more important due to the appearance and influence of various forms of media.At the same time,the research on body image is rich in China,but the research on body image and physical exercise behavior has been less studied in recent years.Therefore,this study explores the relationship between bo-dy image and physical exercise behavior.It is hoped to provide some ideas for improv-ing students' body image cognition and developing their physical health.In this paper,a total of 630 students in some cities in Tianjin were surveyed by questionnaire survey.Combined with the literature data method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis meth-od,study the characteristics of urban junior school students body image,the situation of the physical exercise behavior,its influencing factors and the relationship between body image and physical exercise.It aims to reveal the relationship between body ima-ge and physical exercise by analyzing the relevant theoretical basis.By investigating the basic characteristics of city junior high school students overall body image and different influence factors on the body image,to reveal the basic characteristics of urban junior middle school students body image,and whether the differences of differ-ent factors on the body image is significant;By investigating the city junior school students physical exercise behavior characteristics and the influence of different fact-ors on physical exercise behavior,understand the situation of physical exercise after class or leisure time for urban junior middle school students,and reveal whether the differences of different factors on physical exercise behavior is significant;By analyz-ing the relationship between physical image cognition and physical exercise behavior,reveal the correlation between physical exercise behavior and body image cognition.Through the regression analysis of physical image cognition and physical exercise behavior of junior school students in different factors,the predictive power of differe-nt factors on body image cognition and physical exercise behavior was explored.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote body image and the path of physical exercise behavior.Conclusions:(1)body image cognition is a psychological process in which individuals pay attention to and evaluate themselves or others' bodies in a multidimensional way.Physical exercise is to participate in physical activity as the main content,with a certain form of exercise and load as the means of activities.Both are influenced by individuals and society.(2)The cognition of the overall body image of urban junior school students has reached the upper middle level,and the cognition evaluation of body image is positi-ve.In the nine dimensions,the average of the other seven dimensions was significant except for the "health assessment" and "disease attitude".Among them,the seven dim-ensions focus on the order from large to small is: health care,physical care,physical fitness evaluation,body satisfaction,appearance care,appearance evaluation,obesity care.The highest degree is health care,shows that urban junior school students care about their health.The body image cognition has significant difference in the degree of sports interest and physical fitness level,while the difference in gender,grade,ac-tual BMI and ideal BMI is not significant.(3)The physical exercise of middle school students in the city is shown as follo-ws: the junior school students in different grades play the ball as the first choice of sports,and the number of urban junior school students participating in physical exerc-ise is relatively small.Physical exercise behavior was significantly different in actual BMI and sports interest.However,there was no significant difference in gender,grade,ideal BMI and physical fitness level.(4)Physical exercise behavior of junior school students is positively correlated with physical fitness assessment and physical attention,and negatively related to heal-th care and disease concern;Three influencing factors have significant predictive po-wer for body image cognition,and their predictive power ranges from large to small in the order of degree of sports interest,level of physical exercise and gender.There are five influencing factors that have significant predictive power for physical exerci-se behavior,and their predictive power ranges from large to small: physical fitness assessment,gender,health care,degree of physical interest,grade.(5)By the ministry of education and the related department,school,organization management and physical education,social,community,family and other aspects of power,combining body image cognition and physical exercise behavior,to improve body image cognition and physical activity participation.
