The concept about take the student as the main body of education has gradually accepted, cultivate students’ learning motivation is the best way to promote their learning. Self-efficacy theory is one of the most influential and persuasive motivation theories, social self-efficacy is an individual self control ability in the social situation of judgment or evaluation and psychology researchers have motivation theory research, it is affected individuals to participate in social activities selection process and content of a subject factors.As development and progress of the society, people have a requirement for its own beauty. Middle school students in youth development period, are more likely to pay attention to their appearance, now everybody to eat organic food, blindly pursue no fertilizer vegetables, the rise of the gym is the source of everyone began to pay attention to health. Health style and concept is one of important content of education. Body image mainly includes the concept of individual body, the physiological and psychological function of cognition and attitude, emphasis on individual overall image of the evaluation to the body. To improve middle school students’ body image and social self-efficacy is very important for the health of body and mind development, also good for promote high school students insist to take exercise, development of lifelong sports.In this study, through four middle schools high grade 654 in jingdezhen investigation and study, multidimensional body image questionnaire, social self-efficacy questionnaire, physical activity levels. Understand the middle school students’ level of physical exercise, body image in each grade and gender and social self-efficacy of high and low, body image and different levels of exercise social differences in self-efficacy, body image and social self-efficacy impact on the participation of physical exercise. On the basis of investigation and study, this paper designed physical exercise teaching experiment, to part of the exercise intervention, through the experiment in physical exercise on middle school students’ body image and the social effect of self-efficacy, and the relationship between them. the following conclusions:(1) high school students differences in the social self-efficacy, appearance evaluation, health assessment, and health care effect is remarkable, grade 2 higher than grade1, no significant difference about appearance concern. Gender differences in appearance evaluation, appearance, health assessment, social self-efficacy scores effect is remarkable, the boy is significantly higher than the girl. Girls just in appearance, attention is significantly higher than boys. No significant difference health concerns. While no significant interaction between grade and gender.(2) Three times a week or more physical exercise on health concerns, appearance evaluation effect is remarkable, every time 1 hour or more time in appearance evaluation, the significant difference on social self-efficacy, insist on more than one year of physical exercise in appearance evaluation, health assessment, health care and social self-efficacy on variable significant difference on the variables.(3) The number of times of exercise social self-efficacy, appearance evaluation, the health evaluation of influence is greater than the event time and the number of weeks of exercise. Weeks exercise time the biggest influence on health concerns, the second is the exercise time and activity time.The experimental results as:(1) the experimental group and control group a pretest on gender, appearance evaluation exist significant differences. The rest were no significant difference of each variable.(2) after 12 weeks of physical education teaching practice can significantly improve the social self-efficacy, looks and evaluation, they focus on, health evaluation. There was no significant difference in gender. In social self-efficacy, plays a significant role in looks and evaluation, they focus on dimensions of group interaction effects of gender.
