In the context of the Internet era,the social media platform represented by Weibo is rapidly rising and developing,becoming the primary position of the domestic public opinion field,in which everyone has the opportunity and the power to express his or her views freely.At present,the communication between netizen on social media is not only satisfied with the communication of information,but also changes to the expression of emotion and emotion.But bring the individual emotion into the network in reality,will evolve into the network emotion of the group.In recent years,the emotional expression of netizen has become an important factor affecting the development of public opinion events.In recent years,in the network public opinion environment,netizen show more negative and negative emotions,and the accumulation of these emotions is the trigger of network violence,which is not conducive to the benign development of the network environment.How to effectively guide netizen' emotions and maintain a benign network environment has become an urgent problem to be solved by the government and the network supervision department.From the point of view of emotional expression of netizen,this paper summarizes the characteristics of emotional expression of netizen in various public opinion events through cluster analysis,and takes the case of " The suicide incident of Dr.An in Deyang" as an example.This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the emotional expression of netizen by using the methods of text segmentation,semantic analysis,word frequency statistics and so on to collect the text content of netizen' comments in the event.Based on the analysis of the causes and negative effects of emotional expression of netizen,the strategies and suggestions for emotional guidance of netizen are put forward.
