The Playful Expression Of Network Public Opinion In Public Event

In recent years,Weibo has become the center of online public opinion on the Internet to discuss public events.With the continuous expansion of the influences,the expression of opinions on Weibo platform has also become more vigorous,especially the playful discourse.It is of great significance for guiding the sound development of Internet public opinion by analyzing the playful discourse of Weibo public opinion in public events and sorting out the expression form,expression characteristics and formation reasons.This article,which takes the increasing of pork price event since 2019 as the research object,crawls the discussion content of Sina Weibo from August 1,2019 to November 31,2019 by data search and obtains the relevant Weibo text of pork price increase event.Based on the sentiment analysis,summarizing the overall attitude and emotional direction of the Weibo users.On this basis,based on the network society and linguistic sociology,combined with literature analysis,network investigation and case study to investigate the topic.In terms of the text analysis of playful discourse of Weibo,it is found that the dominant features of playful discourse are reflected in two aspects: in forms,it is usually occurred in the form of irony,parody and collage,in content,it has the characteristics of fragmented information,symbolic coding and emotional catharsis.The hidden features of playful discourse mainly like netizens construct weak self-identity and opposite official identity,deconstruct the traditional discourse system through power struggle,and establish a new discourse communication system.Playful discourse is not only the expression of Internet public opinion,but also reflects people's living conditions,rights and values.This article explores the causes behind playful discourse from three levels:macro-society,micro-individual and media.China is currently in a period of social transformation,anxiety and impetuousness appear in some social groups,the lack of dialogue between folk discourse and official discourse,and expression trap;younger age structure of Internet users,the pursuit of pure emotional venting,make the joking expression become a Cultural Carnival in cyberspace;and as a new media,low access of Weibo,fast-food content,and "bottom-up" flow of information.Therefore,government should pay more attention to playful discourse,provide active guidance,reasonably define the boundaries of netizens' cyber behavior,and cultivate a good mentality of the network society.Achieving the cooperation and co-governance between the government and all members of society and constructing a clear cyberspace.
