Research On The Cultivation Of Young Marxists Among College Students In The New Era

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has attached great importance to and cared for the growth of young people,and has made a series of important speeches and expositions around the growth and success of young people.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the report,he pointed out the important role of youth in national development and pointed out the direction of youth struggle in the new era.Colleges and universities are the gathering place of young people.College students are an important part of young people.It is the inevitable requirement of the new era to do a good job in Ideological and political education of College students.Implementing the"Young Marxists Training Project" in Colleges and universities and training a group of young Marxists among college students is an important measure to strengthen and improve ideological and political work in Colleges and universities.Since 2007,with the implementation of the "Young Marxists Training Project" in Colleges and universities across the country,the training of young Marxists has achieved some results,but at the same time,there are also some problems,which make the training work into a bottleneck.The change of the times and the development of practice have enriched the connotation of young Marxists,and put forward new requirements for their characteristics,training characteristics and training paths.This paper focuses on the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.On the one hand,starting from theoretical research,from the perspective of the training course of "Young Marxists Training Project" in Colleges and universities,it takes college educators as the main body of education,college students as the object of training,and explores college students'youth in the new era on the basis of the research of classical writers,party and state leaders and relevant scholars.The connotation of Marxists,clarify their concepts,and then analyze the characteristics of their training,grasp the significance of the current era,lay a theoretical foundation for the next precise training.On the other hand,from the practical point of view,we must sort out the current situation of the cultivation of young Marxists in Colleges and universities,summarize the effectiveness and experience of the cultivation work;summarize the existing problems in the cultivation process through comparison,and conduct attribution analysis to clarify the direction of solving the problems;finally,explore the new era college students youth from the educators,educatees and mechanisms.The way to improve the training of Marxists is to enhance the effectiveness and operability of the training work.
