On January 5,2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Curriculum Standard of the General Senior High School Curriculum(2017 Edition),which is published by the Ministry of Education,and points out in the basic idea that it is to be "Pay attention to the teaching of " quality-oriented ".Pay attention to the structural design of the teaching content,stimulate the students' interest in learning chemistry,promote the transformation of the students' learning methods,and cultivate their innovative spirit and practical ability".Therefore,the reform of the basic education curriculum in our country attaches great importance to the transition of the learning style of the middle school students in the course of the chemical classroom teaching,and the passive learning to the active inquiry,which requires the teachers to actively guide the students in the classroom,to pay attention to the interaction between the teachers and students,and to develop the basic quality of the students.However,during the practice,the author has found that,due to the degree of knowledge,the experience of teaching and so on,the new teacher and the hand-held teacher have a great gap in the course of combining the basic idea of the new curriculum standard.How to quickly grow a new-type teacher who has just entered a post or on-boarding is a well-known type of teacher,so as to make them meet the requirements of the new curriculum as soon as possible.In this paper,through the collation and analysis of the relevant literature at home and abroad,combined with their own research needs,from the perspective of verbal interaction between teachers and students in middle school chemistry classroom,using the original Flanders interactive analysis system(FIAS)as a research tool,with the help of matrix analysis,The analysis method of curve analysis and qualitative observation is based on four heterogeneous classes of a new hand chemistry teacher and an familiar hand chemistry teacher in a provincial demonstration senior middle school in Yan'an,Shaanxi Province,with a total of 8 regular classes as analysis samples.The emotional atmosphere,classroom language structure,teaching style and tendency are compared in detail from four aspects: classroom emotional atmosphere,classroom language structure,teaching style and tendency and qualitative observation.It is found that there are great differences in the teaching characteristics between the chemistry novice teachers and the familiar teachers in middle school.The newcomers should be good at finding the shortcomings of their own teaching,learn to reflect,and speed up the pace of becoming familiar teachers.The first chapter introduces the research background,the purpose of the research and the literature review on the comparative study of the classroom speech,the Flemish interactive analysis system,the new teachers and the hand-held teachers.The second chapter is based on the definition and theory of the relevant concepts,including the basic concepts related to this paper and the relevant theories in this paper.In the third chapter,the selection of the research object,the research method and the research thought,the research framework and the research tools are introduced in detail.In the fourth chapter,the data analysis,the new teaching of the new type and the hand-type teacher and the examination paper of the examination paper are analyzed from the aspects of the matrix,the curve and the qualitative observation,and the teaching characteristics of the two teachers are obtained.In the fifth chapter,through the study of the eight classroom teaching samples of the two teachers,the paper sums up the characteristics of the interaction between the new hand-type teachers and the teacher-type teachers in the classroom,and puts forward that the new type teachers should learn from the following aspects:(1)learning the presentation of the class teaching materials,the arrangement of the teaching content and the physical and chemical characteristics of the execution of the teaching materials;(2)learning the enlightening,the consistency,the logic and the high efficiency of the hand-held teachers to the questions;and(3)learning the proper leaving of the class of the class of the teachers of the familiar hand to the class of the lecture and evaluation class,To train the students' habit of independent thinking and self-evaluation;and(4)to learn the keen insight of the hand-held teachers,that is,to find the students' joy and sorrow in the classroom,to give the emotional response,or to praise or to encourage or comfort them;(5)Learning the hand-in-hand teacher to give full play to the consciousness of the class,the student is the master of the class,only the full affirmation of the status of the student,the class will be more vivid.In this paper,the deficiency of this study is put forward,and the future research is prospected.The purpose of this paper is to compare the teaching speech behavior of the novice and the familiar teacher,and to sum up the characteristics of the classroom teaching,and it is expected that the new type of teacher's suggestions can be given,so as to make it less and more difficult to turn on the road of the teacher's professional development,and to complete the conversion of the hand-held teachers as soon as possible.
