Research And Analysis Of The Student Status Management System Of Jiangmen No.1 Vocational Senior Middle School

Jiangmen No.1 Vocational High School(DYZZ)is a national demonstration secondary vocational technical school.In the context of accelerating the development of Modern Vocational Education,more and more students would like to get enrolled at DYZZ.DYZZ's enrollment has grown steadily,it enrolled more than 6000 students this year.Based on the continuous development of Information Management,establishing a Student Registration Management System has become an inevitable tendency.The new system is designed based on registration needs and functional requirements,which has stronger applicability and enhances the efficiency of student registration management.In this study,I give an analysis about the design background of the Student Registration Management System at the very beginning,also explain the meaning of this study.Then on the second chapter,I focus on analyzing the operation flow,including the description of the operation,on-stream analysis,and workflow design.Chapter three is about Functional Analysis.I do a detailed analysis on the functions of the system,functions covered on Student Status Generation Management,Foreign Trade Management,Graduate Qualification,Leaving Management,Basic Information Management,System Management,and Module Design.On Chapter four,I use the thumbnails to help analyze the data of the system.In the conclusion of this study,I summarize and give expectation of this system,and point out the existing shortages.The Student Registration Management System has seven modules,which are Student Status Generation Management,Foreign Trade Management,Graduate Qualification,Leaving Management,Basic Information Management,System Management.To has a clear understanding of this system,I elaborate the design content by using relevant use case diagram,use case description,package diagram,and classic diagram.The detail design of the analysis diagram and database makes its storage more efficient.In conclusion,the overall design of the Student Registration Management System is preliminarily completed.It also provides direction of the research and implementation of the system.
