The strategy of "one belt along the way" is a major strategic decision made by the state.It is through the construction of the Silk Road,it actively develops economic cooperation relations with the countries along the border,and jointly creates interest community,destiny community and responsibility community of economic integration,political mutual trust and cultural inclusion.From the perspective of participating in and integrating into the "one belt and one way" and promoting the rapid development of Xinjiang's economy and society,the future development of Xinjiang will surely have greater demand and higher demand for Vocational and technical education.In order to meet the major strategic needs of "one belt and one road",Xinjiang's Vocational and technical education should start from the social reality and find a suitable talent training mode suitable for Xinjiang's industry and social economic development.In view of the development of secondary vocational and technical education in Xinjiang,although some experience has been accumulated over the years,there are also some problems to be solved urgently,such as the unfavorable system and mechanism,the weak conditions for running schools,the unreasonable structure of Vocational and technical education,the low level of teachers and so on.These problems are perplexing the secondary vocational and technical education in Xinjiang.The bottleneck of the development of Vocational and technical education.As far as secondary vocational and technical education is concerned,one of the most prominent problems is the lack of incentive for teachers' salary and the low enthusiasm for teachers' work.This problem has become an important aspect affecting the core competitiveness of secondary vocational and technical education and the quality of personnel training.Taking Beitun Vocational and Technical School as an example,this thesis analyzes the effect of secondary vocational and technical education on social and economic development in Xinjiang,and analyzes the salary incentive of teachers in secondary vocational and technical schools in Xinjiang Autonomous Region by means of questionnaires,literature studies,field investigations and interviews.This thesis probes into the causes of the problems and puts forward some pertinent countermeasures and suggestions.The research shows that there are some problems in the salary system of secondary vocational and technical school teachers in Xinjiang:First,teachers' satisfaction with salary is not high,the external competitiveness of salary system is lacking;Second,teachers' income distribution has a serious tendency of equalitarianism;Third,income distribution is single;Fourth,salary incentive.The mechanism lacks scientific rationality.In view of the above-mentioned problems,the article puts forward a series of solutions on the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems,including:First,to establish a salary system with external competitiveness;Second,to establish a performance appraisal system that reflects the value and contribution of teachers;Third,to establish an income distribution system with internal and external fairness;The fourth is to combine material incentives with spiritual incentives.In addition,from the perspective of improving the quality of secondary vocational and technical education in Xinjiang,the government has also increased policy and financial support for secondary vocational and technical education,while giving secondary vocational and technical schools greater autonomy to promote the smooth,rapid and sustainable development of secondary vocational and technical education in Xinjiang.
