Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China's economy,the state has increased its support for vocational education,which has ushered in the development of vocational education in China.With the vigorous development of vocational education,the pressure of competition among vocational schools is increasing.Secondary vocational schools(hereinafter referred to as "secondary vocational schools"),as an important part of the training system for skilled personnel,provide a large number of technical personnel for the economic development.In the education industry,human resource is the most important and active competitive capital of secondary vocational schools,and salary management is the core of human resource management.Under the background of increasingly fierce competition,optimizing the salary management structure has become an important measure for the stable development of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the salary management of secondary vocational schools.Based on the incentive theory and the theory of performance management theory as the support,to discover problems,summary analysis,to learn from,and propose solutions for the overall train of thought,in secondary vocational schools pay management optimization research topic,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature,first of all,this paper expounds the research purpose and significance of this article,domestic and foreign research dynamic,as long as the contents,research methods and the innovation of this study.Secondly,the basic concepts of compensation and compensation management,incentive theory and performance management theory are introduced in detail.On this basis,taking Qingdao H technical secondary school as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of compensation management in Qingdao H technical secondary school by means of questionnaire survey,literature induction,case analysis and interview,and summarizes the problems existing in compensation management in Qingdao H technical secondary school.At the same time,it draws on the successful experience of the salary system reform of similar vocational schools in Qingdao and other cities.Finally,combining with the actual situation of Qingdao H technical secondary school,according to the theory of incentive and performance management theory as the instruction,to Qingdao H secondary schools pay management puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion,suchas optimization of existing compensation structure,stimulate the salary incentive effect and improve the compensation and improve competitive pay implementation methods,etc.,and for Qingdao H the optimization of the smooth implementation of the technical secondary school salary management puts forward some safeguard measures.
