| With the Chinese women’s water polo team winning the fifth place in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the State Sports General Administration began to pay more and more attention to the water polo sport,and the project has also been greatly developed.However,since the Rio 2016 Olympic Games,the Chinese women’s water polo team has a downward trend in the world rankings,and the development of this sport has also entered a bottleneck period.In order to promote the sustainable development of women’s water polo,we should strive to improve the overall strength of domestic water sports teams in various provinces and cities,strengthen reserve talent reserves,and form an orderly and benign competition.The highest event in the domestic women’s water polo competition is the National Games,which is a good response to the current level of the project in China.This paper mainly uses the field investigation method,video observation method and data statistics method to analyze the technical and tactical analysis of the Sichuan team in the women’s water polo match of this National Games,analyze the characteristics of the Sichuan team in the game,and pass the skills and tactics of the Sichuan team.Analysis and research can better summarize the problems of the Sichuan team.Only by continuously strengthening and promoting the advancement of the weaker teams can we form a good sense of competition,which will better promote the development of women’s water polo.This article combines the Sichuan team’s own situation,analyzes its technical and tactics,provides a theoretical basis for the Sichuan team to achieve excellent results in the future,and provides a higher quality reserve for Chinese women’s water polo reserve talents.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of technology,the Sichuan team shot more successfully,but the success rate is very low.The number of real goals scored is very small,and it is the most important reason that the Sichuan team failed to score effectively.The ball-handling mistakes and steals are normal,basically the same as other teams;the use of the hand is the advantage of the Sichuan team,obviously better than other teams,can be clearly reflected in the five defense six tactics;(2)offensive tactics On the other hand,the number of tactical launches of the Sichuan team’s position and the number of successful shots have been more successful,but the goal hit rate is too low,indicating that the use of this tactic is feasible,but the shooting technique is too poor,except for the goal rate of the outside line is low,four games In the game,the number of positions used in the cut-in and fast-attack tactics is relatively small,and weaker than other teams,which indicatesweak in offensive tactics;center tactics,Sichuan team has a strong center,the scoring rate is obvious Compared with other team centers,it can be seen that most of the athletes are too dependent on the center and there is obvious offensive bias;six-fifth tactics,Sichuan team is stronger than other players.However,the comparison is not significant;(3)In terms of defensive tactics,the tight and mid-level recovery tactics belong to the Sichuan team’s own strong defensive mode,but the backhand position and the recovery of the recovery center tactics are significantly weaker than other teams,mainly The performance is in the sense of recycling and the immature technology;the five defense six tactics,the success rate is basically the same as other teams.Overall,the Sichuan team’s defense is better than the offense.Through analysis,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)to strengthen the hit rate of the field goal in terms of technology and reduce its own unnecessary mistakes;(2)to improve the tactical diversification in offensive tactics,not only limited to the position outside the center and center tactics(3)Improve the awareness and action technology of the recycling center in defensive tactics,and further optimize its own advantages. |
