Teachers are the foundation of education.In recent years,the state has issued a series of related policies and regulations for the development and construction of the teaching team.Under the background that the state attaches great importance to the construction of the teaching staff,the professional development of teachers is a hot topic.How to promote the professional growth and progress of teachers is an important issue in the education of teachers.Teacher education researchers try to use the power of the group to drive the professional growth of teachers.This new style includes some formal organizations within the school,as well as informal forms of organization that are spontaneously organized based on the purpose of some research.Among them,there is a relatively mature professional team of teachers in promoting the professionalism of teachers in these organizations.The professional team of teachers is mainly characterized by the professionalism of teachers in team training.How does this internal teacher team formed by improving the professionalism of teachers improve and promote teachers?
