Teachers are the foundation of education.In recent years,the state has issued a series of related policies and regulations for the development and construction of the teaching team.Under the background that the state attaches great importance to the construction of the teaching staff,the professional development of teachers is a hot topic.How to promote the professional growth and progress of teachers is an important issue in the education of teachers.Teacher education researchers try to use the power of the group to drive the professional growth of teachers.This new style includes some formal organizations within the school,as well as informal forms of organization that are spontaneously organized based on the purpose of some research.Among them,there is a relatively mature professional team of teachers in promoting the professionalism of teachers in these organizations.The professional team of teachers is mainly characterized by the professionalism of teachers in team training.How does this internal teacher team formed by improving the professionalism of teachers improve and promote teachers? The professional team of teachers also realizes the smooth operation of the team through internal operations.Is the final professional team of teachers effective? These problems have increasingly become a constant concern of scholars in recent years.This study attempts to use the methods of case observation and interview to understand the construction and operation of the professional team of teachers.On this basis,with the theoretical perspective of the professional learning community to examine the problems and improvement experiences in the process of building a professional team of teachers,some suggestions for the feasibility of the professional team building of teachers are put forward.This study adopts the case study method,with the "Shanghai X Teacher Professional Team" and the "Shanghai S Middle School Xin Xu Group Teacher Professional Team" as the case study object,through the analysis of the team process data,the actual participation in team management and operation,From the perspective of the teacher professional learning community,try to analyze the reproducibility experience of the teacher professional team operation mechanism,whether it meets the characteristics of the organization teacher professional development,and whether the team goal is achieved.The paper combs the various forms of growth in the professional development of teachers.The development of the teacher team and the historical process,through the literature review,to understand the content and results of the teacher professional team building,to clarify the development of the professional team of teachers.With the theoretical research perspective of professional learning community,the analysis framework of the professional team of teachers is formed,and this is analyzed in depth.It provides a reflection on the targeted construction of cross-regional teacher professional team and the construction of inter-professional teachers.in accordance with.Through the research and analysis of the professional team of teachers in the field of professional learning community,the author analyzes the development process of the professional team of teachers in the typical case,the content of the internal collaborative construction and puts forward the feasible opinions for the construction of the professional team of teachers as follows: Community concept The establishment,collaborative learning,practice and inquiry.Shared values and visions,as well as internal collaborative leadership building and various support line conditions,and continuous improvement with student learning goals are the standard for teacher professional team building.
