Learning ability is human being's essential viability. With the development of multi-media and network technology, team-learning based on educational virtual community, which is seen as a burgeoning learning mode, has attracted certain academic attention. It is now possible for us to pursue the full exertion and optimization of this learning mode in education. However, since the lack of thorough study, there are still some issues in it. Therefore the particular theory and methodology for team-learning in educational virtual community has consequently become a requisite.This research addresses the demand by offering practical theory, strategy and methodology for team-learning in educational virtual community. It will help build new learning modes that help enhance leaning ability. By applying team-learning theory, theories of communication, psychology, recognition and educational technology, and combining case studies and theoretical investigation, this research systematically analyzes the team-learning in educational virtual community.Based on the author's first-hand practice in sky classroom, this research expounds foundation, practice, evaluation, reflective learning in team-learning in educational virtual community, and creates strategies correspondingly. In order to improve team-learning in educational virtual community in the future, this research also summarizes the functions and issues in team-learning by applying questionnaire.
