In recent years, the top-down education reform hasn’t yet received perfect effects, which encourages educators starting to focus on the fundamental education practice. More and more scholars find that the education innovation of basic teaching organization can improve education quality and accelerate current education reform. But most of previous studies are still at a theoretical level. Therefore, we try to use an empirical research method, choose 60 basic teaching organizations from 8 middle schools in SUZHOU city, mainly measure team conflict\team learning\job satisfaction and then explore their effects on the innovation behavior. We expect that this study can give more reference and informative advice to the development of the basic professional learning community. In the end, the results show that(1) team conflict has negative effect on innovation behavior;(2) the team conflict can also have indirect effects on innovation behavior through the mediating effect of team learning;(3) there’s a moderating effect of team learning on innovation behavior too, that is, more job satisfaction, more innovation behavior in high team leaning.
