The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Campus Football Development In Lingbi County

With the advancement of campus football infrastructure construction,more and more schools have their own campus football venues.In football teaching,the school s recruit full-time football teachers,hire football coaches,and pay more attention to the cultivation of students' s interest in football.A total of 34 schools from 337 primary and middle schools in Lingbi County were selected as the survey objects,including 6pilot schools featuring football characteristics.The current situation and solutions of campus football development in Lingbi County were used as the subject.And the advantages and weaknesses in the development of campus football in Lingbi County were found.Combined with the existing resources of the campus football in Lingbi County,the research found a practical campus football development program.This paper takes the current situation of campus football in Lingbi County as the research object,and uses the literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to carry out the current situation of the campus football activities of 34 schools in Lingbi County from the basic situation,resource construction.The investigation and analysis of teaching,training,competition,system guarantee,and influencing factors lead to the following conclusions: the campus football activities in Lingbi County are mainly concentrated in football-specific schools and these schools set up a one-day football physical education courses.The relative shortage of football teachers is one of the important factors affecting the development of campus football,especially rural primary schools and township primary schools.The curriculum content of campus football is mainly based on the basic skills of football,followed by the basic knowledge of football and the basic tactics of learning.In response to the contradiction of learning and learning,76.4% of football teachers believe that the scores of football players are reduced during the progression period.The highest level of campus football competition is provincial competition,mainly focusing on football-specific schools.The campus football competition organization form is mainly based on the schools.The principalsof campus football schools attach great importance to the safety of students.Basically,they have established a campus football safety guarantee system.20 schools have established a football propaganda system,mainly promoting posters,slogans,and cultural propaganda weeks.The lack of professional high-level football teachers is the most important factor affecting the development of campus football in Lingbi County at present,and the number of football teachers and the attitudeparents' attitudes to students' participation in campus football are also affected.And at last the paper puts forward relevant solutions: establish and improve the long-term mechanism of developing campus football;increase the publicity of campus football culture;handle the relationship between after-school training and daily culture class study;strengthen the supervision and inspection;improve the team of football teachers;construct a government purchase service mode.
