material law,the questionnaire survey method,the expert interview method,the mathematical statistics method,takes the Nanjing city 10 universities male students as the research object.From the teaching of college football,college football extracurricular sports and College Football League on three aspects to proceed,analysis the main problems existed in Nanjing City Football in Colleges and universities,and to put forward opinions and suggestions for guiding college football is good development is of realistic significance.The status :(1)Research thinks,at present Nanjing University Teachers' age,educational background,professional title,site conditions to meet the football teach teaching qualification requirements,football elective curriculum in the content selection basically covers basic football skills.But football theory,the rule of teaching is insufficient,the organization of curriculum teaching is not strong,the teaching effect is not ideal shows the University for the development of campus football is still lack of sufficient understanding and effective measures.(2)The research shows that the students have the alternative of extracurricular sports activities,and the promotion of extracurricular sports activities in Colleges and universities is insufficient.Students to participate in after-school football sports are mainly affected by the influence of personal interest,news media,students and friends,the influence of physical education.Participation in the way to individuals,small groups of free behavior,participate in the football sport men and women ratio imbalance.(3)The football match between college and university is the main part of the football match in Nanjing city.In inter school competitions not only high level group is too small,ordinary group is also a lack of support team,especially the gap between universities and schools tournament system,combined with low degree,showing in Nanjing city college football competition exists different degree,also did not form a good race system,weak events.(4)Survey shows that Nanjing city most of the funds flow to the primary and secondary schools,colleges and universities to the allocation of funds is not sufficient to maintain itsactual demand for funds and college football and social enterprise cooperation mechanism is not perfect,football single source of funding channels.Therefore,colleges and universities have to rely on the school funding.College football itself limited human and material resources,no relevant supporting policies,not the actual operation process.(5)By some of the leading colleges and universities of football isn't paid enough attention to,football league social attention,not enough publicity,not enough publicity channels poor and uneven race referee ability,has not formed the perfect event operation system.Most schools lack of organized football match,between colleges and universities high level football league competition high threshold,resulting in each university soccer movement level existence difference,is not conducive to the improvement of the overall level of Nanjing city football.Main development countermeasures:(1)Strengthen the training and guidance of management cadres and teachers on campus football in primary and middle schools.And establish cooperation with the primary and secondary schools soccer talent for the conveyance of culture system,recruit football talent,let the children grew up playing the future learn to solve the worries of parents and children,solve football seedling of continuing education and campus football problem of the sustainable development.(2)Organize teaching according to the characteristics of students themselves,reduce the occurrence of sports injuries,and change the attitude of students to football.Encourage women to participate in football,women's Football League held in the University,according to the characteristics of women's own
