Research On The Current Situation Of Campus Football Development In Nanhai District Of Foshan City

Research purpose:At present,there is relatively little research work on the current situation of campus football in Nanhai District of Foshan City,while campus football has achieved good results in the development of activities.This paper mainly studies the current situation of campus football from three aspects:personnel training system,competition system and guarantee system,which lays a good foundation for the further development of campus football and provides a good foundation for the further development of campus football in China.Policy improvement and football activities to provide reference.Research objects and methods:In order to improve the development of campus football,this paper takes the current situation as the breakthrough point,and takes 32 schools of Guangdong Province in Nanhai District of Foshan City as the research object,using the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to carry out research.Research results:1.Talent Training System:In the aspect of teacher training,Nanhai District of Foshan City has introduced a group of young sports teachers who have graduated from football specially for undergraduate or above.It has established a system for training football teachers at least once a year by Guangdong Provincial Education Department and Foshan Education Bureau.Football teachers who apply for football coach grade certificate are given preferential admission,and football teachers with football training teams are subsidized and obtained.Competition results are rewarded to train excellent football teaching talents,but the incentive policies of subsidies and rewards need to be popularized,and the number of training venues need to be added.In terms of students'trainning,it is guaranteed that at least one football lesson will be given to students every week.In addition,activities such as school football matches,football cultural publicity,watching football videos,football interesting sports and after-school football training have been carried out to cultivate students'interest in football.In the training of football teams,a training system with interest and basic skills as the main part and matches as the supplement has been established and adopted every year throughout the school year.Training three or more times a week strengthens football skills and forms a policy of rewarding football matches,but there are not many opportunities to participate in football matches,so there are few opportunities to test the effectiveness of training.2.Competition System:Nanhai District of Foshan City has established three-level football competition system at street,town and district levels,and five-person,seven-person and eight-person football matches.In town and District Football matches,referees are all sent by Foshan Football Referees Association to enforce the law,but there is no eleven-person football competition for primary and secondary school students in Nanhai District,which is obviously related to occupation.The league matches are out of touch with international competitions.It is necessary for relevant departments to improve the football competition mechanism in Nanhai District of Foshan City in order to meet the needs of the further development of campus football.In addition,the familiarity of football players and football teachers with the rules of football matches needs to be improved,and the number of football matches to be held needs to be increased and more intercollegiate football exchanges should be conducted.3.Guarantee System:Foshan Nanhai Campus Football Promotion School also provides students with football-related courses on rainy days.It does not affect the time of other classes when carrying out football activities.In terms of safety,it regularly inspects the venues,equipment and students participating in football activities to buy insurance,and establishes a guarantee system for students.In terms of material conditions,venues,equipment and funds are not equipped.Adequate,in the development of football activities,there is still a need for social support,parents'fund-raising and teachers'self-financing.Obviously,in terms of material conditions,the security system needs to be improved.In terms of non-material conditions,school leaders and parents do not attach importance to it,football teachers'satisfaction with the management of school football activities is not high enough,so it is necessary for the Education Bureau to improve the security system.Promote the development of campus football.
