Concept plays an important role in the process of human thinking, just as "concept is the cell of thinking".People's mastery of "concept" reflects people's understanding of objective reality, and their fluency in logical reasoning and judgment is deeply influenced by "concept".Practice teaching and documentation show that junior high school students have their own understanding of some things and phenomena in the objective world through life experience and early learning before they formally learn physical concepts, which is called "pre-concept".The preconceptions existing in junior middle school students' minds are not created out of thin air,but for reasons. Moreover, these spontaneous ideas are deeply rooted in students' minds. When facing certain problem situations, students can not help but use these preconceptions to solve problems.Students' learning will be affected by the existence of preconceptions,so it is of great significance to the study of students' preconceptions both in practice and in theory. In this paper,self-designed questionnaires are used to survey several knowledge points such as "light source","light propagation path","light propagation speed","light reflection","plane mirror imaging and virtual and real images","light refraction","light dispersion and object color","infrared and ultraviolet","convex lens shape characteristics" and so on.The typical optical outlines of junior middle school students are obtained. Some teachers and students were interviewed to find out the reasons for the formation of the typical optical preconception of junior high school students.Secondly, based on Piaget's cognitive development theory, constructivist learning theory and conceptual transformation model theory, teaching strategies are put forward to complete conceptual transformation. On the one hand, the positive transfer of preconceptions is emphasized to promote students' conceptual learning and realize new knowledge Assimilation;on the other hand, aiming at students' error preconceptual, design teaching strategies,to help students complete the adaptation of new knowledge.
